Located on the first floor, this apartment features a spacious lounge/dining area and an open-plan fully fitted kitchen. The en-suite master bedroom includes a bath with shower over, and both bedrooms offer king-size beds that can be configured as doubles or twins upon request.
Mulberry – Sleeps 2
Situated on the ground floor, Mulberry features a large kitchen and open-plan dining area, ideal for couples seeking a relaxing retreat. The spacious lounge includes a large sofa and armchair, leading to a bedroom area with a king-size bed that can be arranged as a double or twin. The en-suite bathroom offers both a walk-in shower and a bath, with French windows opening onto a private deck.
Yewtrees 1 – Sleeps 2
This comfortable studio apartment is perfect for a romantic break. Bi-fold doors provide added privacy to the bedroom area, which can be configured with either a super king-size bed or two singles. The open-plan lounge, kitchen and dining area features French windows with views towards the gardens and glimpses of Lake Windermere.
Rose How 1 – Sleeps 2
Accessed via eight steps leading down to the lower ground floor, this apartment offers a spacious king-size double or twin-bedded room with a lounge area and electric fireplace. The en-suite bathroom includes a shower over the bath, and French windows lead directly to the garden.
Rose How 5 – Sleeps 2/3
Accessed through the front door of Rose How cottage, this apartment features a welcoming lounge area with bi-fold windows opening onto a balcony overlooking the gardens. The bedroom offers a king-size bed, with a bed settee available in the lounge for a third guest if required. The bathroom includes both a walk-in shower and a bath.
Rowan – Sleeps 2
This studio apartment includes a decking area and bi-fold windows. A galley kitchen and dining area lead into the lounge and sleeping space. The en-suite bathroom features a walk-in shower and a bath.
Juniper – Sleeps 2
A compact studio apartment with a private outside deck. The sleeping area offers a super king-size bed or two single beds. The en-suite bathroom includes a walk-in shower, and the galley kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering convenience.
