Manor House (Sleeps 7)
Manor House provides generous and comfortable accommodation, with a practical downstairs layout that suits families and larger groups. The property includes a well-equipped, good-sized kitchen ideal for home-style cooking and baking, along with a bright dining room and sun room for relaxed sit-down meals. Guests can also enjoy a cosy lounge with digital TV, board games, children’s games and a log burner, as well as the convenience of a downstairs WC.
Although full of country cottage charm, the house feels spacious throughout, with large, light bedrooms and plenty of room for families or groups of adults. Upstairs, Manor House sleeps up to seven guests across two large double bedrooms, one with a king-size bed and one with a double bed. Up to three single beds can be added depending on occupancy requirements, suitable for both adults and children, with additional arrangements sometimes available on request.
Manor Farm Barn (Sleeps 4)
Manor Farm Barn is a peaceful, private and spacious one-bedroom renovated barn conversion with its own entrance and views over a private garden. The open-plan living area includes a well-equipped kitchen suited to home-style cooking and baking, a dining table, dishwasher and well-stocked tea and coffee facilities, alongside a comfortable sitting area with digital TV.
Hardwood flooring with underfloor heating runs throughout, with controls inside the property so guests can adjust the temperature to their liking. Two large skylight windows fill the space with natural light, creating a bright and airy atmosphere. A comfortable sofa bed can also be prepared on request.
The bedroom features a premium double bed, towels, bedside tables with lamps and power points, plus a wardrobe with a full-length mirror. The large bathroom includes a walk-in shower along with new sink and fittings. Guests also have access to a private outdoor garden area, perfect for enjoying the countryside setting.

Set within two acres of countryside at the crossroads of Somerset, Devon and Dorset, Manor Farm is a peaceful and spacious 16th-century five-bedroom farmhouse offering a characterful rural escape. Guests enjoy exclusive use of the gardens, swimming pool, sauna and hot tub.
Sleeping up to 14 guests across five bedrooms and three and a half bathrooms, the farmhouse offers generous living space including a large kitchen, living room, dining room and a sunroom or family room.
