Ebenezer Chapel offers self-catering accommodation in the large village of Milford, near the town of Belper in Derbyshire. Originally a stone Methodist Chapel dating back to 1846, the building has been thoughtfully converted to provide superb holiday accommodation while retaining much of its original character and charm, including oak beams and original pews.
Accommodation
The ground floor lounge is large and spacious, featuring the original pulpit, ample comfortable seating and a TV. A dining area overlooks the lower floor lounge, creating a unique and sociable layout. There is also an additional lounge located on the second floor, providing further space for guests to relax.
The fully equipped kitchen includes everything required for a comfortable stay, with ample crockery and cutlery for large groups.
Bathroom facilities are generously provided throughout the property. On the ground floor, there is a bathroom with toilet, basin, bath and a large separate walk-in shower, along with an additional shower in the triple bedroom. The middle floor includes a family bathroom with toilet, basin, bath and separate shower cubicle, plus an additional shower in the family bedroom. The top floor features three en suite shower rooms. All bedrooms, except one, have vanity basins.
There are a total of eight bedrooms, sleeping up to 20 guests. Bedroom arrangements are as follows:
