Set in a secluded location with panoramic sea views across Lundy Bay, this beautifully converted granite barn in the small hamlet of St Gennys offers two luxury, well-equipped self-catering holiday cottages.
About the Cottages
The accommodation consists of two individual cottages: Raddons, located on the upper floor and sleeping up to six guests, and Wharrastone, situated on the ground floor and sleeping up to four guests. Both cottages have been thoughtfully furnished to a high standard and offer a wide range of facilities to ensure a comfortable and relaxing stay.
Each cottage features comfortable sofas, a cosy wood-burning stove and an open-plan kitchen area equipped with an electric oven, ceramic hob, refrigerator with single-drawer freezer, microwave and dishwasher. A large breakfast bar provides additional dining space. Guests also have access to Wi-Fi and a lounge area with a Smart TV including iPlayer and Netflix, along with a DVD player and radio. The fitted bathrooms include both a bath and shower.
A separate laundry room is available for guest use and includes a washing machine, tumble dryer, iron and ironing board, along with ample space for drying wetsuits and storing surfboards, bodyboards and beach equipment.
Each cottage benefits from its own lawned garden and paved terrace, complete with a picnic table, providing a lovely space for enjoying a morning coffee or an evening drink while taking in the views.
