About the Holiday Cottages

Home Farm offers sixteen traditional brick and flint self-catering properties, sleeping between 2 and 7 guests. Five of the cottages are dog friendly. All properties are attractive, comfortable and well appointed, with everything needed for an enjoyable and relaxing stay. For those seeking a peaceful and leisurely break, North Norfolk provides the perfect setting.

The cottages are centrally heated or heated by storage heaters and wood-burners, with logs provided free of charge from mid-September until early May. Each cottage includes ample off-road parking, a microwave, Freeview TV and DVD player, and a fridge with freezer compartment. Towels and bed linen are included in the price. Cots, highchairs, fire guards and stair gates are available free of charge by prior arrangement.

Guests have access to a luxury indoor heated swimming pool and mini gym, open all year round. The on-site Beauty Room offers the opportunity for holiday pampering. There is a children’s play area with swings, playhouse, football goal, toddler slide, ride-on tractors, picnic tables and beautiful rural views. A games room with pool table and table tennis is available, along with a soft play room for pre-school children. A shared laundry facility with washing and drying machines is also provided.

Visiting the Area

Just a five-minute walk away is Weybourne Stores, where guests can purchase food supplies, toiletries and newspapers. The shop also features a coffee bar serving cakes, pastries and quality picnic food. Within walking distance is The Ship Inn, a welcoming pub offering locally sourced dishes including lobster and crab.

From Home Farm, guests can stroll to the pebble beach, walk along the coastal path, visit the North Norfolk Railway at Weybourne Station, or explore the Muckleburgh Military Museum.

A short drive opens up a wealth of attractions and activities. Birdwatching at Cley, seal trips from Blakeney Point and sandy beaches at Wells, Sheringham and Cromer offer opportunities for crabbing, surfing and paddleboarding. The area also boasts golf courses, beautiful gardens, stately homes and the distinctive flint churches characteristic of North Norfolk. Popular family attractions such as Bewilderwood, Pensthorpe and Dinosaur Park are easily accessible, along with a wide range of seasonal events throughout the year.

Rates range from £550 to £1,835 per week depending on the cottage and season.
Short breaks are available from £450 to £950 for Friday to Monday or Monday to Friday stays.
Maximum occupancy is seven people.
