Redlands Lodge offers a peaceful countryside escape in the heart of Fife, where guests can relax and recharge in either a charming log cabin or a traditional stone bothy, each with its own private hot tub. It’s an ideal setting for a romantic getaway, a quiet break from everyday life, or a cosy base for exploring the historic towns of St Andrews and Cupar. With comfort and calm at the heart of every stay, the lodges provide a welcoming sanctuary where switching off comes naturally.
There are three beautiful properties available, each with its own character and atmosphere. Guests can choose between two romantic log cabin apartments or a lovely detached bothy, ensuring a stay that suits their style while enjoying the same peaceful surroundings and thoughtful touches.
WeeOne

Visiting the Area
Redlands Lodge is tucked along a quiet country road around a mile from Ladybank, surrounded by fields, trees and beautiful woodland walks. Despite its peaceful setting, it is well placed for anyone working around Cupar, Falkland, Pitlessie, Glenrothes or nearby areas, offering a cosy alternative to a hotel in Fife.
Falkland, famous for its stunning palace and Outlander connections, is just four miles away, while Cupar’s market town charm and popular farmers market can be found five miles away. Attractions such as Hill of Tarvit and horse riding at Barbarafield are also close by. For day trips, Tentsmuir Beach, St Andrews and the fishing villages of Anstruther, Pittenweem and Crail along the Fife coastal route are always favourites.
Ladybank station provides easy rail links to Dundee, Perth and Edinburgh, though bringing a car is recommended for exploring the many nearby villages. The nearest public transport options can be found in Ladybank.
