Lucasland consists of three barn conversions situated in the village of Hunmanby near Filey in North Yorkshire.
Accommodation
All three cottages are let together and can also be booked in conjunction with Denmark House, a detached property located just a short distance away, providing accommodation for up to 26 guests. With or without the addition of Denmark House, Lucasland is ideally suited to family gatherings, celebrations and group holidays.
Accessed via a private gated entrance, the cottages surround a communal courtyard in a residential area. Each cottage sleeps six guests and includes:

An open-plan living, dining and kitchen area with Freeview TV and a log-burning stove.
The dining area offers seating for six guests, while the kitchen includes all the essentials such as a cooker, fridge, freezer and dishwasher.
One of the cottages also includes a disabled-friendly bedroom with its own wet room and accessible facilities.
Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the complex and a welcome pack is provided on arrival.
On site there is also a traditional pub that is exclusively available for guests staying at Lucasland. The pub features a pool table, dartboard and TV with Sky channels including Sky Sports, providing entertainment for everyone. Tables in the bar area allow all 18 guests to sit and dine together. Kegs can also be arranged in advance and fitted ready for arrival so guests can pull their own pints during their stay.
The communal courtyard also features an eight-seater hot tub, perfect for relaxing in the evenings. Additional facilities within the courtyard include a brick-built BBQ, garden furniture and a laundry room.
Visiting the Area
Hunmanby is a relaxed village with a welcoming holiday atmosphere and is located close to the coast. The nearby seaside resorts of Filey and Scarborough are only a short drive away, offering sandy beaches, traditional fish and chips and classic seaside attractions.
The area is ideal for walking and cycling, with many scenic coastal routes to explore. Several local golf courses are also within easy reach for those wishing to bring their clubs.
