Delf Cottage is a charming three-bedroom property offering a peaceful countryside retreat in beautiful surroundings. On the ground floor, there is a fully equipped kitchen and a spacious living and dining area that spans the front of the house, perfectly positioned to take in the stunning views. The cottage benefits from full oil central heating, along with a wood-burning stove in the living room, adding both warmth and character.
Upstairs, there is a family bathroom with a shower, along with three comfortable bedrooms comprising one king-size room, one twin and one single.
The cottage is well equipped to ensure a comfortable stay, with amenities including electric cooking facilities, a microwave, refrigerator, washing machine, Wi-Fi and a TV, as well as a CD and radio player. Bed linen is provided, and a cot is available if required. Guests can also make use of private parking, a garden and indoor drying facilities.

Although set in a peaceful rural location, Delf Cottage is conveniently located just two miles from the centre of Barnsley and only five minutes from M1 junctions 36 and 37, making it easily accessible.
Situated in the heart of South Yorkshire, Barnsley is surrounded by a variety of attractions that combine history, nature and culture. Nearby Cannon Hall is a beautiful Georgian country house set within parkland, complete with gardens, a farm and a popular farm shop. Worsbrough Mill Country Park offers scenic walks around the reservoir and a working mill that showcases the area’s industrial heritage. For those interested in arts and shopping, The Glass Works provides a vibrant cultural hub with galleries, shops and dining options.
A little further afield, the Peak District National Park offers dramatic landscapes and endless opportunities for walking, cycling and outdoor activities, making Delf Cottage an ideal base for exploring both countryside and culture.
