Ideally located at the end of Peddars Way, it is just a short 10-minute walk to the beach and the beautiful Holme Dunes Nature Reserve, making it an excellent base for exploring the coast and surrounding countryside.
Accommodation
The cottage retains its traditional charm while offering a full range of modern comforts. It features three bedrooms, comprising a double room, a twin room, and a family room with a single bed and bunk beds. There is a main bathroom along with two additional shower rooms, all with WCs.
The spacious lounge includes a wood-burning stove, creating a cosy and welcoming atmosphere. A sun room with a sofa bed, Wi-Fi and en suite provides additional relaxation space, while a conservatory offers a dedicated dining area. The property benefits from double glazing and central heating throughout, along with entertainment facilities including Wi-Fi, a TV and DVD player.
The newly refurbished kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, microwave, built-in fridge/freezer and induction hob. A separate utility room includes a washing machine, tumble dryer, WC and Belfast sink. Additional amenities include a travel cot, highchair and stair gate, making the property well suited for families.
Outside, there is a south-facing garden backing onto paddocks, complete with garden furniture and a Weber BBQ, as well as a summer house featuring Wi-Fi and a TV. Off-road parking is available for up to four cars, and bed linen is provided for guests.

Holme-next-the-Sea is perfectly placed for enjoying the natural beauty of the North Norfolk coast. The nearby Holme Dunes Nature Reserve offers peaceful walking trails and excellent opportunities for birdwatching. The wide sandy beach is ideal for long coastal walks and enjoying sunsets, while nearby Hunstanton is known for its distinctive striped cliffs, traditional seaside attractions and family-friendly activities.
A short drive leads to the charming village of Thornham, with its harbour, pubs and coastal paths, as well as the expansive Brancaster Beach, perfect for exploring sand dunes and enjoying the open coastline.
