Cedrus Luxury Holiday Lodge
Cedrus is a stylish, modern lodge that comfortably accommodates up to six guests. The property features three bedrooms, including a double bedroom with en suite shower room, a twin bedroom and a further twin bedroom with 2’6” single beds, suitable for both adults and children.
The open-plan living space is fully equipped and includes a dining table, fridge/freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher and Wi-Fi. Outside, guests can enjoy an enclosed garden with a sun deck and attractive countryside views.
Larch Luxury Holiday Cottage
Larch is a striking and contemporary property with a colourful, angular design, sleeping up to four guests. It offers a double bedroom with en suite facilities and a twin bedroom with en suite. Like Cedrus, the accommodation is open plan and well equipped, providing a comfortable and modern space for a relaxing stay.
Both Cedrus and Larch have been thoughtfully designed to minimise environmental impact. The buildings are primarily constructed from larch timber sourced from felled trees and benefit from two layers of insulation.
Barn Owl Cottage
Barn Owl Cottage is a charming 17th-century barn conversion, rich in character with exposed beams and traditional stonework. The cottage includes one double bedroom, one twin bedroom and one single bedroom. Inside, there is a comfortable lounge with soft seating, a dining area and a fully equipped kitchen. A wood burner adds warmth and atmosphere, making the cottage ideal for year-round stays.

Although set in a peaceful rural location, the site benefits from an on-site vegetarian restaurant and coffee shop. Next door is the historic Hutton-in-the-Forest Country House, a 400-year-old property that hosts a variety of events throughout the year.
The surrounding area is ideal for walking, cycling and fishing, while Penrith is just a short drive away and offers a wide range of shops, cafés and restaurants. The town is steeped in history and attractions include Penrith Castle.
