Trevarthian House is a family-run business offering self-catering accommodation in the Cornish town of Marazion. With 12 self-catering flats just 50 yards from the beach, it provides a fantastic coastal base with a large car park, gardens and lovely sea views.

The self-catering flats sleep between 2 and 5 guests, making them ideal for couples, families and small groups. Each flat includes a comfortable living area with a flat screen TV and DVD player, along with a fully equipped kitchen for a home-from-home stay.
All flats enjoy views across either the courtyard, bay or garden.
Visiting the Area
Located in the market town of Marazion, Trevarthian House offers a peaceful setting, while still being close to plenty of activities for those looking for adventure. Sailing, windsurfing and horse riding can all be enjoyed nearby.
Marazion also sits on the stunning Mounts Bay, often recognised as one of the top ten most beautiful bays in the world, with sandy beaches and breathtaking views. Many of Cornwall’s most popular destinations are also within easy reach, including Penzance, St Ives, Truro, Falmouth and Land’s End.
