Corn Bunting House is located in the breathtaking East Neuk of Fife, offering complete privacy and a deep sense of calm within the natural beauty of the surrounding countryside. Set at the heart of a 160-acre arable farm, the property provides a peaceful rural retreat while remaining just a short drive from the charming fishing village of Pittenweem and the lively coastal town of Anstruther, often considered the heartbeat of the East Neuk.

Accommodation

Upon arrival, guests enter through a spacious porch, ideal for storing wet or muddy outdoor clothing. Leading off the main downstairs landing is a warm and inviting lounge, furnished with a comfortable sofa, a wood-burning stove and a smart television. Opposite, a well-equipped games room offers a full-size American pool table, a full-size table tennis table, an additional smart television and a second wood burner.

To the rear of the house lies a generous open-plan living space, combining two dining areas with a fully equipped kitchen designed for relaxed family dining. The kitchen features an electric range oven and hob, an American-style fridge freezer with water and ice dispenser, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer and an instant hot water tap. The two dining rooms comfortably seat up to 16 guests and are complemented by another wood-burning stove and smart television. This central living area opens directly onto the outdoor seating space and hot tub. A conveniently located wet room with a shower and two toilets completes the ground floor.

Upstairs, the house offers five beautifully designed bedrooms, each fitted with zip-and-link super king-size beds that can be arranged as twin singles, accommodating up to ten guests in comfort. All bedrooms provide generous storage and enjoy lovely views across either the garden or the surrounding countryside. One bedroom benefits from a well-appointed en-suite, while the main bathroom features a vintage roll-top bath. In total, the house offers four toilets and three showers.
