Manningham House, Ringstead, Hunstanton, Norfolk


Manningham House is perfectly situated in the heart of the peaceful village of Ringstead on the stunning North Norfolk coast. Whether guests are looking to enjoy the beautiful coastline, the endless sandy beaches or the glorious countryside, all can be found just a short distance from the property.

Ringstead is a friendly village, home to the popular Gin Trap Inn which serves delicious food, and Ringstead Stores which stocks local produce. The shop also features a maze of antique rooms to explore. For additional provisions, Hunstanton and Heacham offer larger supermarkets, and there are also farm shops nearby.

Accommodation

This spacious period house, built of natural carrstone, is comfortably furnished throughout.

Ground Floor

  • Large, well-equipped kitchen diner with an Aga, hob, oven and microwave, dishwasher, washing machine and dryer.

  • Dining area with seating for six, a TV and a wood burning stove. French windows lead out to the garden.

  • Two cosy sitting rooms with comfortable seating, one with a wood burner. One sitting room also includes a TV and a games cupboard.

First Floor

  • Two double bedrooms, one with a king sized bed and one with a superking sized bed. The superking bedroom has an ensuite shower room.

  • Two single bedrooms.

  • Family bathroom with a roll top bath, separate shower, heated towel rail and underfloor heating, plus basin and WC.

Outside

  • Private garden with BBQ and garden furniture.

  • Off-street parking for two cars.

  • Lockable outbuilding with table tennis.

Please note that smoking is not permitted inside the house.

Rates

Rates range from £1185 to £1535 per week, depending on season. Short breaks are available from £585 (minimum 3-night stay). Short breaks are particularly available outside the main season, and guests are encouraged to contact the owners for details.
