About Maddybenny Mews
Maddybenny Mews comprises seven self-catering properties set within 116 acres of mature gardens and farmland, all enjoying countryside views. The extensive grounds provide plenty of space for children to play, along with a dedicated play area. The accommodation includes six courtyard cottages and one larger, bespoke cottage, all tastefully decorated and furnished to create a comfortable home-from-home experience.
Rose Cottage (Sleeps 9)
Rose Cottage is a spacious, split-level, four-bedroom cottage with all bedrooms en suite. It enjoys views towards Portrush, the sea and the surrounding countryside. The main entrance is on the first floor, allowing guests to make the most of the elevated views from the kitchen, living area and master bedroom, which features a king-size bed. On the lower level are three further bedrooms, comprising two double bedrooms and one bedroom with a double and a single bed. The cottage has a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and fridge/freezer, a separate laundry room and a BBQ area. Rose Cottage is wheelchair friendly.
Appletree Cottage (Sleeps 8)
Appletree Cottage offers flexible family accommodation. Upstairs, there is a double bedroom with en-suite shower room and a second bedroom with four single beds, also en suite. Downstairs, a twin bedroom is located next to a bathroom. The cottage features an open-plan kitchen, living and dining area, a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and fridge/freezer, a separate laundry room and a fenced area accessed from the back door.
Cherry Blossom Cottage (Sleeps 8)
Cherry Blossom Cottage has two bedrooms upstairs, one double and one with four single beds, sharing a bathroom. Downstairs, there is a twin bedroom with a bathroom next door. The open-plan kitchen, living and dining area includes a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and fridge/freezer. Sliding doors lead to a paved BBQ area, which opens out to the garden and play area.
Silverbirch Cottage (Sleeps 7)
Silverbirch Cottage features upstairs accommodation comprising one double bedroom and one bedroom with a double and a single bed, sharing a bathroom. Downstairs, there is an additional double bedroom with a bathroom next door. The open-plan kitchen, living and dining area includes a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and fridge/freezer. A decking area with BBQ is accessed from the back door.
Ivy, Lavender and Maple Cottages (Each Sleeps 5)
These three cottages each offer a double bedroom and a bedroom with three single beds upstairs, along with a shared bathroom and an additional bathroom downstairs. Each has a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and fridge. Lavender and Maple Cottages enjoy views towards Portrush and the sea, while Ivy Cottage benefits from a fenced area accessed from the back door. All three cottages have paved BBQ areas.

The farm is ideally located for exploring County Antrim and the famous north coast. The Giant’s Causeway and the spectacular coastal scenery are close by, as is the scenic A2 coastal route with its breathtaking views. Royal Portrush and Portstewart Golf Clubs are just a ten-minute drive away, while beautiful beaches, amusements and family attractions can be found in Portrush, Portstewart and Coleraine.
