Sleeping up to two guests, Crabclaw Cottage is perfect for a romantic break by the coast. Beautifully furnished throughout, the cottage combines modern comforts with delightful traditional features.

After a day exploring the coastline, guests can relax in the elegant living room, which features comfortable seating, an open fire and a Smart TV. Just off the living area is a well-equipped kitchen with a range of appliances for a convenient self-catering stay.

The luxurious vaulted bedroom features a large king-size bed and Smart TV, creating a relaxing space for a peaceful night's sleep. Bed linen and towels are provided, although guests should bring their own beach towels.

The modern bathroom offers a touch of luxury with underfloor heating, a heated towel rail, a bath and a powerful shower. There is also a separate WC.

Outside, guests can enjoy a pretty garden furnished with a table and chairs, providing a lovely spot for al fresco dining in the afternoon sunshine.

Private off-road parking is available, along with a boathouse offering useful storage for bikes and boats. Wi-Fi and internet access are also provided.

The cottage features an inviting open-plan living area with three double aspect windows and French doors that lead to a private rear courtyard. A selection of books, maps, and games is also available for guests’ enjoyment. Walnut Cottage offers wonderful self-catering accommodation between the quaint villages of Burnham Market and Stanhoe, nestled in the small hamlet of Muckleton. We are close to the bustling town of Kings Lynn and perfect for a tranquil break in Norfolk.

Our tastefully furnished cottage sleeps up to 5 people, great for a family or group getaway. A range of facilities is available to make your stay as comfortable as possible.

A cosy sitting room is perfect for relaxing and socialising. Facilities include comfortable leather sofas on either side of a large, beamed fireplace housing an electric style wood burner, a TV and a DVD player. This makes a great space for unwinding with a morning coffee whilst enjoying views of the paddock.

The fully-equipped kitchen comes with a range of appliances for home cooking: a washing machine, tumble drier, fridge/freezer and ceramic electric cooker/oven, dishwasher and microwave. Enjoy a delicious feast around the dining table which seats 5 people.

The main bedroom has a pine double bed with fitted cupboards overlooking the pasture and has an en suite shower and WC. Bedroom 2 has a pine double bed, dressing table and fitted cupboard, whilst bedroom 3 has a single bed with a pine chest of drawers and bedside cabinet. Downstairs there is also a bath, shower and WC.

Outside there is a large, enclosed garden with off-road parking for 2 cars and a boat (approx. one-quarter of an acre). A delightful, paved patio area has an outside table, chairs, sun lounges and Webber BBQ, perfect for al fresco dining in the afternoon sun.

We are only a short distance from some beautiful beaches and fabulous bird-watching areas. Only 5 minutes away is Burnham Market, home to a butcher, fishmonger, bakery, off-license, post office, bookshops, art galleries and much more. A lovely farmers' market is held on the first Saturday of every month at Creake Abbey. The village also has a great selection of restaurants and pubs. Brilliant attractions to visit include:

The charming cottage sleeps up to 6 people in 2 bedrooms. On the first floor there are 2 bedrooms: 1 with a double bed and cot and the other with a double bed and a pair of bunk beds. There is also a bathroom which is fully tiled and comes with bath and electric shower unit, washbasin and WC.

The village shop is within walking distance and open every day. There are two attractive country pubs which serve bar meals: the well patronised 16th Century Smugglers Ale house and the Lifeboat Inn. Thornham has a small harbour, miles of secluded sandy beaches and is in an area renowned for its natural beauty.

The adjacent village of Titchwell provides excellent bird watching facilities over salt marshes and Brancaster Staithe has a sailing club with regular ferry trips to Scolt Head at the harbour. The lively seaside town of Hunstanton is just 5 miles distant, with plenty of attractions for the whole family. Both Hunstanton and Brancaster have golf courses adjoining the beach.
