The Apartments

Brancaster Stays offers two separate apartments, each with parking right outside and thoughtfully equipped to ensure a comfortable and stress-free stay. Guests have access to a well-appointed kitchenette with a fridge, hob, toaster and kettle, along with breakfast essentials such as cereals, eggs, bread, milk and juice.

The sleeping area features a luxurious super-king bed, cosy seating and a Smart TV for relaxed evenings in. Each apartment also includes an en suite bathroom with a large walk-in shower and complimentary toiletries.

Visiting the Area

This part of the country is ideal for a coastal holiday, with a beach and scenic coastal paths to enjoy around Brancaster. Guests can visit RSPB Titchwell Marsh, a renowned nature reserve and a haven for native and migrating birds. The apartments are also well placed for exploring other nearby reserves, including Heacham and Wild Ken Hill to the west, or Cley Marshes to the east.

Field Cottage lies close to the harbour in Brancaster Staithe looking out over unspoilt countryside.

The cottage is built in a traditional Norfolk style, with brick and chalk clunch walls under a pantiles roof. The property is double glazed and has central heating making for a cosy stay in the cooler months. Accommodation consists of:

King size double bedded room with en suite shower room, twin and bunk bedrooms, a living room, family bathroom & a kitchen dining room.

BT Wi-Fi Broadband is available & all bed linen and towels are included.

It has been equipped to a very high standard with Panasonic HD TV, Freeview HD, DVD, dishwasher, washing machine & tumble dryer, central heating in winter, etc.

The safe enclosed lawned garden has garden furniture and a gas BBQ in the spring/summer months. There is off-street parking for 2 cars.

Field Cottage is within walking distance of the harbour and the Jolly Sailor and White Horse pubs.

A little further along the coast, there is Brancaster beach and there are many interesting bird reserves including Titchwell, Snettisham and Holme next the Sea.

Near Apartment:

Our charming apartment comes with everything you need for a relaxing stay in a lovely part of the country. The apartment comes with a fully equipped kitchenette for home-cooking, including a hob and some provisions for your DIY breakfast. Enjoy a lovely breakfast around the breakfast table and a microwave is available on request.

The kitchenette leads to a beautiful bedroom with a super king-sized bed, comfortable seating and a wall-mounted TV to catch your favourite show on. The en suite bathroom includes a walk-in shower and a good selection of toiletries.

Far Apartment:

Our cosy apartment is ideal for a romantic getaway in a great location. The entrance leads to a delightful kitchenette which contains and fridge and a hob, kettle & toaster, kitchen table & chairs. A microwave is available on request.
