Gorselands House offers a choice of three self catering apartments in West Bexington near Bridport. With comfortable accommodation, lovely sea views and Chesil Beach close by, the apartments provide an excellent base for exploring the beautiful Dorset coastline.
Guests can choose from three individually arranged apartments sleeping between two and four people, with pet-friendly options also available.
Apartment 1 – Sleeps 2 (+2), Pet Friendly
Situated on the ground floor, Apartment 1 enjoys a good sea view and provides comfortable accommodation for couples, with additional sleeping space available.
The spacious lounge and dining room has a television with Freesat, DVD player and a double sofa bed. There is also a separate double bedroom with a king-size bed.
The bathroom includes a bath and step-in shower cubicle, with a separate WC for added convenience.
A fully fitted all-electric kitchen comes equipped with an oven and hob, fridge freezer and microwave.
Pets are welcome in Apartment 1.
Apartment 2 – Sleeps 4, Pet Friendly
Located on the first floor, Apartment 2 enjoys magnificent views towards the sea and sleeps up to four guests.
The lounge incorporates a fully equipped all-electric kitchenette with an oven and hob, fridge freezer and microwave. Entertainment facilities include a television with Freesat and a DVD player.
There are two bedrooms, comprising one double and one twin. The double bedroom benefits from an en-suite shower and hand basin, while the main bathroom has a bath, hand basin and WC.
Guests should be aware that access to the twin bedroom and bathroom is via three small steps from the lounge.
Pets are welcome in Apartment 2.
Apartment 3 – Sleeps 2, No Pets
Apartment 3 is a comfortable studio apartment designed for two guests.
The neatly furnished lounge incorporates a double bed and has a television with Freesat and a DVD player.
There is a separate bathroom with a shower, hand basin and WC, while the all-electric kitchen is equipped with an oven and hob, refrigerator and microwave.
Pets are not accepted in Apartment 3.
Exploring West Bexington & Dorset
Gorselands House is ideally located for exploring the Jurassic Coast and some of Dorset's best-known seaside destinations.
Chesil Beach is close to the accommodation and is a popular location for sea fishing. Guests can also visit nearby Abbotsbury, home to the famous Abbotsbury Swannery and subtropical gardens.
For a traditional day beside the sea, Weymouth and Lyme Regis are both within reach. The smaller coastal destinations of Charmouth and West Bay also offer plenty to discover and make excellent choices for days out.
Rates & Additional Information
Weekly rates range from £285 to £775 depending on the season.
The apartments accommodate a maximum of four guests, and children are welcome. Pets are accepted in Apartments 1 and 2.
Off-street parking and Wi-Fi are available, with fishing opportunities nearby.
