Situated within the UNESCO Dyfi Biosphere, Gogarth Hall Farm is conveniently located for exploring the coast and countryside, with the seaside village of Aberdyfi and the historic town of Machynlleth both within easy reach.
Guests can choose from three individual self catering properties, each offering comfortable accommodation and plenty of character.
Farmhouse Cottage – Sleeps 6
Farmhouse Cottage sleeps up to 6 people and combines traditional farmhouse character with modern facilities.
The entrance opens directly into a spacious country kitchen, which is fully equipped with a fridge, freezer, double oven and hob, washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher, microwave, toaster and coffee machine. An oak dining table takes centre stage and comfortably seats up to six people. There is also a convenient downstairs cloakroom with a WC.
Leading from the kitchen is a generous lounge overlooking the garden. Traditional black oak beams and a large inglenook fireplace with a multi-fuel stove and original bread oven add plenty of character.
Comfortable leather sofas provide seating for six or more guests, while entertainment facilities include a Freeview TV, DVD player and VHS player.
French doors open onto a small patio and a large, well-maintained private garden, providing plenty of space for families to relax and enjoy the surroundings.
Upstairs are three bedrooms. The first is a double room overlooking the farm courtyard, while the second is a single bedroom with views over the garden. The master bedroom features a double and single bed, tea-making facilities, a private TV and attractive garden views.
The family bathroom includes a bath, power shower and WC.
Y Bwthyn – Sleeps 4
Y Bwthyn is a characterful barn conversion sleeping up to 4 people. Designed with accessibility in mind, the property offers disabled access and comfortable single-level accommodation.
Inside is an open-plan sitting area and oak kitchen equipped with a washer/dryer, fridge, freezer, microwave, oven and hob, coffee machine, kettle and toaster.
The lounge has a small sofa and two comfortable easy chairs, including an electric recliner. Entertainment is provided by a Freeview TV, video and DVD player, while a small dining table and chairs provide space for enjoying meals together.
The two bedrooms are positioned at opposite ends of the property and each benefits from its own en suite facilities.
One bedroom has twin beds, its own TV and DVD player and a wheelchair-accessible wet room. The second bedroom has a double bed, en suite shower room, TV, DVD player and VCR.
Outside, a private balcony at the entrance overlooks the courtyard and gardens, with views stretching towards the beautiful Dyfi Estuary.
The Coach House – Sleeps 6
The Coach House is a spacious, single-level self catering property sleeping up to 6 people across three bedrooms, making it an excellent choice for families and groups.
The large kitchen/diner features a six-seater dining table and is well equipped with a dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer, coffee machine, microwave, electric oven and hob.
Adjacent to the kitchen is a comfortable lounge with French doors opening onto a private patio with a table and chairs. From here, guests can admire views across the surrounding farmland towards the Dyfi Estuary and the Plynlimon range beyond.
The lounge is furnished with a comfortable leather suite, gas fireplace and electric reclining chair. Entertainment facilities include a TV, DVD player and VHS player.
There are two double bedrooms enjoying views towards the estuary and one twin bedroom. A family bathroom features a bath, power shower, WC and washbasin.
Bedding and towels are provided for guests.

Gogarth Hall Farm provides an excellent base for discovering the magnificent landscapes of Mid Wales, Eryri National Park and the Dyfi Estuary.
