The ground floor features a bright and comfortable sitting room with luxurious sofas, a log burner and a TV with Netflix, providing a welcoming space to unwind after a day exploring the North Norfolk coast.
The spacious kitchen and dining area is fully equipped with an integrated hob, oven, grill, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, washer/dryer and Nespresso coffee machine. There is plenty of seating for everyone to enjoy meals together.
A convenient ground-floor wet room is also available and is perfect for washing off sandy feet and muddy paws after a day at the beach.
Upstairs, there are three beautifully furnished bedrooms, comprising two king-size rooms and a single bedroom. All of the bedrooms are prepared with quality bed linen ahead of guests' arrival.
The master bedroom is particularly special, with French doors opening onto a glass balcony with uninterrupted views across the surrounding landscape. There is space for a bistro table and chairs, creating a wonderful spot for enjoying a morning coffee or watching the sunset.
