Recently refurbished throughout, Bar-K combines contemporary Scandi-inspired interiors with excellent leisure facilities. At the heart of the property is a bright and spacious open-plan kitchen, dining and living area, providing plenty of room for everyone to spend time together.
Accommodation
Bar-K has four generously sized bedrooms, three of which feature luxurious 6ft super king-size beds. Two bedrooms overlook the south-facing garden and benefit from their own private en-suite facilities.
Each bedroom offers plenty of storage space and comes with Egyptian cotton bed linen and a 40-inch smart TV with Sky and Netflix. Towels, dressing gowns and complimentary toiletries are also provided for guests.
The fully equipped kitchen has been designed with larger groups in mind and includes a double oven, induction hob, microwave, dishwasher, bean-to-cup coffee machine and ample fridge and freezer space.
A separate utility room provides a washing machine, tumble dryer and sink, along with a convenient shower cubicle.
Entertainment & Relaxation
There is plenty to keep guests entertained without even leaving the property. Bar-K has its own dedicated cinema room, perfect for settling down for a film night with family or friends.
The games room features a professional slate-bed pool table, table football and a large television. There is also a separate snug with a sofa bed and workspace, offering a quieter place to relax or catch up on some work during a stay.
Outdoor Living
Outside, the secure garden provides a fantastic space for relaxing and socialising. A large decked area features a seven-person hot tub, Swedish sauna and outdoor shower, creating the perfect setting for some well-deserved relaxation.
There is also a kitchen-style BBQ area for enjoying outdoor meals and making the most of warmer days and evenings.
Dog-Friendly Holidays
Dogs are very welcome at Bar-K, making it an excellent choice for groups who do not want to leave their four-legged companions behind.

Bar-K is situated in the quiet village of Hatt, close to St Mellion Estate and within easy reach of some of Cornwall's beautiful countryside and coastline.
The south coast is approximately 20 minutes away, where guests can discover dog-friendly beaches including Seaton Beach, Portwrinkle Beach and Whitsand Bay.
The River Tamar, Dartmoor National Park and Bodmin Moor are also within easy reach, providing plenty of opportunities for walking, cycling and days spent exploring the great outdoors.
Those wishing to venture further across Cornwall can visit popular destinations including Newquay, Watergate Bay and St Ives, all around an hour away.

Weekly rates range from £2,100 to £4,950 depending on the season.
Bar-K sleeps a maximum of 12 guests and children are welcome. Pets are also welcome.
