The Boathouse is a spacious property sleeping up to 14 guests across six bedrooms, making it an excellent choice for larger families, groups of friends and special get-togethers.
On the ground floor, there is a generous games and TV room where guests can spend time together. Facilities include a flat-screen TV, DVD player, books, toys, wood burner and snooker table. Doors lead directly from the room onto the patio, making it easy to enjoy both the indoor and outdoor spaces.
Upstairs, the comfortable living room has another wood burner and double doors which make the most of the stunning surrounding views.
The open-plan kitchen and dining area is well equipped for preparing and enjoying meals together, while a separate study provides additional space during a stay.

Outside, guests can make the most of the large patio and beautiful coastal setting. There is outdoor seating, a gas barbecue, hammocks and a ping pong table, providing plenty of opportunities for relaxation and entertainment.

The Boathouse is ideally located for guests who love outdoor adventures. Sailing, paddleboarding, kayaking, swimming, walking and fishing can all be enjoyed in the surrounding area, while tennis is available in the village.

Rates and Additional Information
Weekly rates range from £995 for two guests to £5,450 during peak season. Full occupancy during the low season is available from £2,250 per week, while mid-season prices vary depending on the month and number of guests.
Special reduced rates for couples and smaller groups are available during the low season from £995 per week. Short-break rates are also available on request.
The Boathouse welcomes a maximum of 14 guests, and children are welcome. Pets may also be accepted by special arrangement.
