King Duncan’s View
King Duncan’s View is a recently renovated traditional Scottish bothy, beautifully converted to provide spacious and comfortable accommodation. Sleeping up to six adults plus two children, this two-storey property enjoys spectacular views towards the surrounding mountains.
The spacious living area features comfortable leather sofas, a log-burning stove and a TV/DVD player, creating a welcoming place to relax after a day exploring Aberdeenshire. A dining table provides seating for up to eight guests, while the fully fitted kitchen includes an oven, hob, microwave, dishwasher, washer dryer and coffee machine.
King Duncan’s View also offers disability-friendly facilities, including a ground-floor bedroom and wet room. The downstairs bedroom has a super king-size bed which can be separated into two 3ft single beds.
Upstairs, the second bedroom also features a super king-size bed which can be converted into two singles, along with a leather sofa bed and an en-suite shower room. The third bedroom has a king-size leather sleigh bed and an en-suite bathroom with a shower over the bath.
Outside, guests can make the most of the peaceful surroundings from the patio seating area and adjoining lawn.
Lady Macbeth’s Rest
Lady Macbeth’s Rest is an attractive two-bedroom granite steading conversion sleeping up to four guests. Combining traditional character with modern comforts, it is an excellent choice for a relaxing break in the Aberdeenshire countryside.
There are two comfortable bedrooms with solid oak flooring. One has a super king-size bed which can be separated into two single beds, while the second features a king-size bed. Both bedrooms also have wardrobes and chests of drawers.
The property has a modern bathroom with a shower over the bath and illuminated mirror, as well as a separate WC.
