There are 9 comfortable en suite sea view rooms when you need a little space for your self. It is the unpretentious beach house where you feel instantly at home, whether you are planning a fun break with friends or a brilliant family party. Rooms consist of:

The Cammeringham Estate is home to a collection of self catering holiday homes, all of which are adjacent to each other and can be found in a delightful and unspoilt part of the village of Cammeringham, near Lincoln in Lincolnshire. The village is steeped in history and farming tradition, making it a great base for those who want a relaxing break away.

Accommodation

Grooms Cottage offers one double and one twin bedded room. The twin bedroom has an en-suite bathroom whilst the double bedded room has its own separate bathroom. Both rooms have television and the usual facilities. Home cooked breakfasts, with home produced or locally sourced ingredients are served in the sunny dining room.

Shepherd's Cottage is a tastefully refurbished Grade II listed building offers flexibility for everyone. The cottage has a double bedroom and a twin bedded room, there is a luxurious bathroom with a walk in shower but the outstanding feature of the property is the double height sitting room with polished exposed beams. Leading off the sitting room is a fully equipped kitchen. The sitting room has a flat screen television with DVD player. Shepherd’s Cottage is available as either a short term (weekend) let or for longer periods and would suit anyone looking for temporary work related accommodation or for the touring visitor to Lincoln.

Grasswells Farm Holiday Cottages, South Cockerington, Louth, Lincolnshire (Sleeps 1-5)

Grasswells Farm Holiday Cottages are situated in unspoilt countryside, only four miles from the Lincolnshire coast.

Both Cottages:

The cottages are in a single storey barn conversion and offer spacious, comfortable and well equipped accommodation. With full central heating the cottages are available all year. Both have modern bathrooms equipped with shower and razor points. You will also find colour TV with digital box on hand should you need it. The kitchen is equipped with all the things you would expect to find for your convenience from a toaster to a microwave. To make your stay as comfortable as possible bed linen is provided, but please bring your own towels and tea towels. We provide a welcome pack for your arrival - tea, coffee, sugar, milk, butter or margarine, loaf of bread, biscuits, eggs and bacon – relax with a cuppa before you unpack!

Swallow Cottage - Sleeps 5:

This cottage was converted from an open Victorian Cart Bay and is named after the many families of beautiful summer visitors who can still be seen swooping around the courtyard on summer evenings. The cottage still retains the original beams. It has a fitted kitchen and two bedrooms, one-double and one-twin. The larger bedroom can easily accommodate another single bed or cot – both are available on request.

Wren Cottage - Sleeps 4:

This cottage was formerly the granary and stable and now has a lovely outlook through the French doors, over lawns and toward the farmland beyond. It also features a modern kitchen and two bedrooms, one-double and one-twin. The lounge/diner features two comfortable sofas on which to unwind and relax after a day 'out & about'.

Location:

The two, well appointed, cottages are set in three acres of grounds so guests can relax and enjoy their stay. It is an ideal base to explore the many attractions of the surrounding local area including our own small, private lake for guests to fish. The cottages are located near to the rural village of South Cockerington just 4 miles from the Lincolnshire coast.

Minnie's Cottage, Burton Bradstock, Bridport, Dorset (Sleeps 1-4)

Minnie's Cottage is a 17th Century thatched cottage in a quiet cul-de-sac at the heart of the attractive village of Burton Bradstock. It is 10 minutes walk through the fields to Chesil Beach and the acclaimed Hive Cafe. The beach and adjacent foreshore are clean and unspoilt and easily reached with a car park.

About Minnies Cottage

The cottage comfortably sleeps 4 adults.

Downstairs is open plan with the kitchen separated from the dining/sitting area by a marble-topped bar. The kitchen is compact but fully equipped with washer/drier, dishwasher, microwave, fridge with icebox, hob and extractor fan and is fully equipped.

The living area has comfortable easy chairs for four, around a beamed fireplace. There is a TV and DVD player.

Also downstairs through a small lobby, is the bathroom with bath (three-quarter length), shower, handbasin and WC.

Upstairs is a double and twin bedded room where a third temporary bed can be made upon request. All linen including towels is supplied. However, holidaymakers should bring their own beach towels.

The cottage has its own wholly enclosed garden with lawn and patio facing south and it is quite secure for young children. Parking is on the street, close to the cottage.

Visitng Burton Bradstock & Exploring Dorset

Burton Bradstock is 2.5 miles from Bridport on the route to Weymouth and central to the Jurassic Coast, World Heritage Site one of the most beautiful areas of the south-west, with outstanding scenery in all directions along the coast and moving inland. Within a reasonable radius, there are several places of natural or historical interest, as well as many family attractions.

Bridport is a charming market town with a range of shops and eating places. The market on Saturday is a great place to stock up with holiday supplies. Bridport also has a leisure centre with swimming facilities catering for all ages. Close by at West Bay is an eighteen-hole links golf course that welcomes visitors.

Burton Bradstock has a Post Office that also provides a range of locally sourced food items and there is also a small Spar supermarket at the garage. The village has two pubs with extensive menus including home-cooked meals and locally sourced ingredients. There is also a children’s play park located in the village.

The Smithy House, Stoer, Lochinver, Sutherland (Sleeps 1-2)

The Smithy House offers superb self-catering accommodation in the quaint village of Stoer. We are set on the North Coast 500 and just North of Lochinver and Ullapool, offering a great base for exploring Sutherland.

We have two beautifully furnished properties available, The Smithy and The Byre. Each cottage is nestled within the same 3 acres of gardens and both boast spectacular views of the unspoilt landscape. Each cottage has been elegantly renovated to offer modern accommodation whilst still retaining its original character.

The Smithy:

This delightful property has been finished to the highest standards and comes with a lovely open plan living area/bedroom. A cosy living area has a 2-seater sofa and a leather tub armchair, a wood dining table and chairs, Wi-Fi, a library and a CD radio. The well-equipped kitchen is great for home-cooking and includes a fridge, freezer, microwave, toaster, cooker-hob, oven and grill).

The bedroom comes with twin beds and quality mattresses and a gorgeous cathedral ceiling and a Velux window. A modern shower room is also available. Outside there is a private garden, great for a morning coffee whilst enjoying the glorious views of Loch Neil Bhain.

The Byre:

Our fantastic property is great for an unforgettable break in a picturesque setting. The light-filled cottage includes cathedral ceilings and Velux windows to create a relaxing atmosphere. Inside there is an open plan kitchen with a fridge, freezer, microwave, toaster, cooker-hob, oven and grill. A lovely living area has a toasty multi-fuel burning stove, 2-seater sofa, armchair, a library and Wi-Fi.

A separate double bedroom is perfect for a restful night’s sleep and has a comfy mattress, high ceiling and Velux window. A shower room is also available. Outside there is garden furniture for al fresco dining whilst admiring the beautiful surroundings.

The quaint village of Stoer is home to a gorgeous white sandy beach which is less than a mile from us. You can see the stunning local wildlife including otters, seals, deer and birdlife. Only a short drive from us is Stoer lighthouse which offers majestic views of the sea. A pretty 20-minute drive will take you to Lochniver, home to shops, a mobile bank, medical centre, garage, post office, leisure centre, restaurants and pubs

Anvil Cottage, Embleton, Alnwick, Northumberland (Sleeps 1-2)

Anvil Cottage is located in the village of Embleton, situated on the Northumberland Coast. We have some of the most beautiful coastlines in the country, unspoilt and quiet. We are situated just a short drive from the historic town of Alnwick with its magnificent castle and gardens.

The holiday cottage was originally a Blacksmith’s Shop, last used as such about 1880. It has been in the Skipper family since 1953. The cottage was renovated in 2006 with double glazing, upgraded heating and new furnishings. The accommodation consists of one bedroom with twin beds and a shower room/toilet en suite. There is a large living room/dining area and a separate kitchen. The heating is by night storage. The shower, cooking and water heater are all-electric. A meter reading is taken at the start of your holiday. All linen is supplied.

Embleton is the ideal base for exploring the whole of the county and the Borders if you so wish. The village itself has not suffered from commercialisation so still has that atmosphere that allows you to relax and unwind from life.
