Converted from 150-year-old stone buildings, each cottage seamlessly blends traditional architecture with contemporary comfort, creating an inviting retreat for families, friends and couples.

Nutmeg Cottage

This spacious cottage features two large upstairs bedrooms, each furnished with one double and one single bed. One bedroom includes an en-suite, while the other has access to a separate bathroom. A third generously sized ground floor bedroom offers a zip-and-link bed that can be set as a super-king or two singles, with an adjacent wet room – ideal for less mobile guests. Furnished to a high standard, the cottage includes a fully equipped kitchen/dining area with fridge-freezer, microwave, dishwasher, washer/dryer, central heating, Smart TV, and a welcome pack. Bed linen and towels are supplied.

Ginger Cottage

Converted from an 18th-century barn, Ginger Cottage is stylishly finished and ideal for families. It has two bedrooms—one with a king-sized bed and en-suite, the other with a flexible super king or twin layout. A sofa bed in the living area provides additional sleeping for two. Guests will find a modern family bathroom with a separate bath and shower. The fully equipped kitchen includes all essentials: fridge-freezer, microwave, dishwasher, washer/dryer and TV.

Cinnamon Cottage

Tastefully converted from a 150-year-old barn, Cinnamon Cottage features two upstairs bedrooms, each with its own en-suite. One bedroom includes a king-sized bed, while the other offers a super king or twin setup. A sofa bed in the lounge area provides sleeping space for two more guests. The kitchen/dining area is fully fitted with modern appliances including a fridge-freezer, microwave, dishwasher, washer/dryer, and TV.

Clove Cottage

Similar in layout and design to Cinnamon, Clove Cottage also offers two en-suite bedrooms (one king, one super king/twin), with additional sleeping space provided by a sofa bed in the living room. Guests will enjoy a well-equipped kitchen/diner, featuring all modern appliances for a relaxed and enjoyable self-catering stay.

Rose Cottage offers charming self catering accommodation in Coagh, set in the heart of mid-Ulster. We are based in a wonderful setting near Cookstown, great for an unforgettable holiday. Our cottage in Co Tyrone is perfect for visiting Lough Neagh, the Giant's Causeway, the North Coast and much more.

Our delightful cottage is the ideal place to escape from the pressures of modern life. The cottage is tastefully furnished and comes with a variety of appliances to suit all your needs.

The property has a well-equipped kitchen with a range of appliances and a dining table for 4 people. The open plan living area has comfy seating, a TV and a wood burner to keep you warm. Two bedrooms are available, a double and twin room. Both rooms share a bathroom.

Outside there seating, including a gorgeous carved horse seat. A lovely spot for an afternoon coffee whilst taking in your surroundings.
