The cottage offers spacious open-plan accommodation while maintaining a warm and homely feel. Upstairs, the staircase divides to lead to a double bedroom on one side and a twin bedroom on the other, both featuring en-suite bathrooms with large rose-head showers and oil-fired central heating.

The sitting area centres around a grand oak lintel fireplace with a wood-burning stove, while the kitchen and dining spaces are beautifully designed with handmade cabinetry, granite worktops and underfloor heating throughout the tiled ground floor. West Cottage is also well suited for special celebrations, events and corporate groups, with opportunities for informal suppers, summer BBQs and workshops including art, cookery, flower arranging and blacksmithing.

Menzies Steading offers luxurious self catering accommodation just 2 miles outside of Aberfeldy on Castle Menzies Farm. Situated in a beautiful part of Perthshire, the property is only 75 miles north of Edinburgh and Glasgow, making it an ideal base for exploring Scotland.

This stunning property offers everything needed for a memorable holiday. Spacious throughout and fitted to the highest standards, Menzies Steading combines modern luxury with charming original features.

The living areas are open plan whilst still retaining their own individual spaces. Original stone pillars and wooden beams blend beautifully with contemporary furnishings to create impressive open layouts. On the west side of the property there is a large dining table seating up to 12 guests, perfect for family meals and celebrations. A cosy lounge area with a fitted media unit is located towards the back of the building, while sofas and armchairs surround the stand-alone fireplace, creating a relaxing space to unwind with a coffee.

Y Gorlan is a magnificent five-bedroom detached house located in the picturesque village of Rowen near Conwy in North Wales. Once serving as the village’s 19th-century vicarage, the property has been thoughtfully renovated to combine modern comfort with its original character and charm. Set within a peaceful and scenic setting in Snowdonia National Park, it is ideally situated close to the UNESCO World Heritage town of Conwy, making it an excellent retreat for families or groups of up to ten guests.

Accommodation

Inside, guests are welcomed into a tastefully decorated front sitting room, where reclining sofas provide the perfect place to relax in front of a Sky TV offering movies, box sets and sports channels. A woodburning stove adds warmth and atmosphere during the colder months. There is also a garden sitting room with plush seating, offering stunning views of the Carneddau mountain range behind the village of Rowen.

The kitchen is a standout feature, designed by the French brand Mobalpa and fully equipped for preparing meals. Ladywell House, Falkland, Fife


Ladywell House is a large and elegant country house set amidst hundreds of acres of farmland, offering self-catering accommodation in Falkland, Fife.

The property is ideal for large families and groups, accommodating up to 12 adults and 2 children across six bedrooms. There are three en-suite rooms and two family bathrooms. The house also features a dining kitchen with an AGA, a light and airy conservatory, a comfortable dual-aspect drawing room with an open fire, a TV room, and a dining room that seats up to 12 guests.

Accommodation

Each of the bedrooms is individually styled. The master bedroom, Shand Kydd, is a spacious double with a king-size bed and a large en-suite bathroom featuring a walk-in shower and roll-top bath. Palace is a twin room with stunning views and an en-suite shower room with shower, WC and wash hand basin.

Diana is a south-facing room with a yellow theme, offering a king-size bed and an en-suite shower room with WC and wash hand basin. Lomond is a large, bright twin room, also south-facing, with a family bathroom nearby that includes a roll-top bath, WC and wash hand basin.

Wills and Harry are located on the second floor. Both rooms are large and airy and share a family bathroom with bath, WC and wash hand basin.

The dining room is elegant and spacious, with a large table seating 12 guests, ideal for formal meals. Large windows offer views across north Fife.

The Steading

Located just 30 feet from the main house, The Steading can be hired for larger groups or private parties. It offers three bedrooms and two bathrooms, including one en-suite with bath and shower, and a family bathroom with a walk-in shower. The bedrooms consist of two doubles and a bunk room. The property also features a spacious kitchen/diner and a large sitting room with French doors opening onto a patio.

Local Area

Ladywell House is ideally situated for exploring the Fife Coastal Tourist Route, with a variety of attractions in each village along the way. St Andrews, with its world-famous championship golf course, is within a 30-minute drive.

Other nearby attractions within 20 minutes include Knockhill Racing Circuit, Crail Pottery, The British Golf Museum and The Scottish Deer Centre. For those wishing to explore further afield, Edinburgh, Glasgow, Balmoral, Braemar, Glamis Castle, Blair Atholl and Pitlochry are all within an hour’s drive.
