Gardeners Cottage
This beautiful property, built in a traditional flint style, is perfect for couples or smaller families looking for somewhere relaxing and comfortable to stay. Built around 1860, the property comes with many lovely features, including period features and original sash windows.
Downstairs there is a cosy living room which features polished wood flooring, a toasty wood burner, TV and DVD player. Off the living room is a good-sized kitchen/diner with wood flooring and a feature fireplace, complete with an oven, hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and automatic washer/dryer. Outside there is a lovely garden with garden furniture and BBQ facilities. A great place for a spot of al fresco dining.

Wickmere is a quiet hamlet made up of a few cottages built to provide accommodation for the workers on the Wolterton Estate, the family seat of the younger brother of the then Prime Minister, Robert Walpole. Wickmere is close to Felbrigg Hall and within walking distance of Blickling Hall, two National Trust properties which are well worth a visit, both offering extensive woodland and lakeside walks as well as the houses themselves. Other local attractions include the North Norfolk Steam Railway, The Shire Horse Centre, Seal Trips from Morston and the Norfolk Broads.

The White Hart is a Grade II listed property providing self catering accommodation within 2 apartments. The holiday homes are located close to the harbour in Padstow, Cornwall.

The bedroom has a king-sized bed (as a single bed can be added) with pine furniture with a bathroom en-suite complete with bath and electric shower. The Granary
This former granary with original exposed beams has been tastefully converted into a studio apartment which sleeps 2 people. The open plan granary comprises of one large room with an adjoining shower room which is furnished to a high standard with a double bed, armchair, settee, pine table and chairs and a Freeview television/DVD player. Fresh linen is also provided in the self catering accommodation and the kitchen area is very well equipped to help make your self catering stay as relaxing as possible. Full central heating.
The River Wye forms the eastern boundary of the farm, providing an opportunity for excellent fishing (by arrangement) and relaxing walks. For those wishing to take exercise, there are also opportunities for canoeing, cycling and golf nearby.
Within easy reach are Goodrich Castle, Symonds Yat Rock, Monmouth, Hay-on-Wye, and Hereford with its Cathedral & Mappa Mundi. There is walking, canoeing, golf, horse racing, and many castles & museums close by.

Madryn is a stone cottage close to the centre of Aberporth village, so shops, Post Office, take-aways and pubs are close at hand.

Ellary Estate offers self-catering holiday accommodation in a peaceful location, literally a stone's throw from the water. With properties sleeping 2-8 (and some with gates straight out on to the beach), there's something for everyone!
Each property is detached and sits in its own grounds, allowing you to make the most of the tranquillity of the estate. Wildlife is abundant, with regular sightings of eagles, otters, red squirrels and deer amongst other things (often from the comfort of your cottage!).
The estate is family-run, with no through road, so you can expect a warm welcome - and there is always somebody on-hand to point you in the right direction for walks.
All of the properties are well-maintained and well-equipped. All but one have open fires and all have Wi-Fi, DVD players and washing machines (except Lochead Chalets). Properties sleep 2-8 and can be booked individually, or next to each other for multiple generations/families.
Dogs (and other pets) are very welcome and will enjoy the freedom that comes with enclosed gardens, and the miles of paths and coastline to explore.
Sitting in a secluded position, Ellary offers 15,000 acres for you and your four-legged friend to explore - all out of the way of any main roads. There is an old abandoned village at the tip of the peninsula, or miles of hills, ancient oak woodlands, or coastline which all make a great day's walk. As a guest at Ellary, you are welcome to go anywhere on the estate, and we do not insist on dogs on leads unless you are in sight of livestock.
We are around 15 miles to the nearest town, which has a supermarket along with various restaurants etc. Various ferries are within easy reach, making us an ideal base for daytrips.
You are welcome to bring a boat or kayaks if you have them and make use of the private harbour and launching points - if you're lucky, the otters might even join you for a spot of lunch on one of the many small islands the coastline offers!
There is also a practice golf course at Ellary which guests are welcome to use free of charge - you pop in to the office and borrow the clubs to save you bringing some. Fishing is available on the estate too, with permits being available for the hill lochs & burn at £20 per rod, per week.

Inglewood Cottage offers superb self catering accommodation in the pretty Hampshire town of New Milton on the edge of the beautiful New Forest National Park. As well as the magnificent National Park the holiday cottage is within easy reach of some stunning local beaches including Barton-on-Sea.
The cottage offers spacious modern accommodation with a lovely roomy feel, as the dining area and kitchen are open plan and the lounge offers a 2 seater and 3 seater sofa with 2 easy chairs and a footstool. The two larger bedrooms are spacious enough for king size beds, with space for a cot in either bedroom and the twin bedroom is tucked nicely into the eaves with lots of room to relax. A smart TV is available in all the bedrooms. New Forest Aromatics Hand Soap & Lotion is provided.
The open plan fully fitted kitchen includes a range master cooker with gas hob and electric double oven and separate grill, slow cooker, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, microwave and toaster. A Tassimo Coffee machine with pods adds an element of elegance to your coffee. The kitchen breakfast bar provides seating for 3 with Freeview TV and the adjacent dining area has a large 6 seater table with ample space for dinner parties! Candles and flowers are also provided. A washing machine is located in the separate utility area with a sink and leads directly from the kitchen. The external door from here opens to the rear garden patio area. All crockery and cutlery are provided including Rangemaster saucepans, frying pan, wok, a great assortment of ovenware and lots of wine glasses for a relaxing drink. A highchair is also provided.
The cottage has a large and airy living room with a 32″ smart TV with a Virgin TIVO Box, Alexa, DVD player, Sandstrom Bluetooth Speaker, Wi-Fi connectivity, CD player/stereo and seating for 7 people provided by two sofas and two comfortable chairs – one with a footstool. Two children’s wicker chairs are also in the lounge. A large assortment of games and toys for all ages together with a large selection of novels and children’s books are in the lounge dresser and hall cupboard. A selection of DVDs are also provided for adults and children and games for children.
Double doors from the lounge open out onto the patio terrace and the lawned garden with its pretty pergola with mimosa and honeysuckle; a perfect location for relaxing on a hot summer day with a selection of garden furniture available.
The New Forest area is a wonderful and beautiful region in which to relax and have a beach and forest holiday. Inglewood Cottage is situated with easy access to many attractions including the New Forest National Park, the beaches of the south coast and Bournemouth and historical places of interest in both Dorset and Hampshire.
For the more adventurous, the adventure parks are always an exciting option, including Paultons Family Theme Park with Peppa Pig World, Moors Valley Country Park including an exhilarating high-level tree walk and Beaulieu Motor Museum which has go-karts for those who are wanting a faster pace.

Lake Lodge offers self-catering accommodation tucked away in 30 acres of private lakes, gardens and woodland in the village of Maxey, near Peterborough in Cambridgeshire. The lodge is set right on the lakeside and boasts stunning views.
The holiday house offers flexible accommodation for 8-10 adults plus two infants in four double bedrooms. Two have en suite shower rooms on the first floor and two more on the ground floor share a large family bathroom and separate cloakroom which are suitable for those with limited mobility. Two extra fold-up beds and two travel cots can also be provided. It is ideal for family gatherings of all ages or two families as well as groups of friends. There is also the option for extra guests to camp, with access to an outside shower room and toilet.
With stunning views and plenty of wildlife to observe in winter, spring, summer and autumn, Lake Lodge is a perfect all-year-round holiday experience. Guests can look over the lake from the patio in sunny weather and from the large bay window in the warm and cosy lounge in colder months.
There is a large patio overlooking the lake with outside garden furniture and a gas barbecue for the summer months. Outside, activities include rowing boats and canoes on the lake which is also suitable for open swimming, a hard tennis court, carp fishing and paths around the grounds linking up to public footpaths.
There is a small 9-hole golf course on the edge of the village and the Green Wheel Cycle Route runs through the next village. Maxey itself has a pub a short walk away and although this does not provide food there are many local villages with interesting inns that do. The neighbouring village of Helpston is the home of the poet John Clare.
Peterborough has a cathedral, a modern shopping centre, cinema, theatres, ten-pin bowling, ice skating, swimming pool and greyhound racing. Market Deeping is just three miles away and provides most local amenities including supermarkets, restaurants and takeaways.
