We are at Roydon, near King’s Lynn, and close to the Queen’s Royal Sandringham Estate in North West Norfolk. We are the perfect base for exploring the many delights and places of interest in this lovely corner of England.

Molly’s Den is a self-catering cottage, but, you don’t have to cook! We are in easy reach of more than a dozen wonderful pubs serving excellent food to suit every pocket. A free welcome pack of food essentials is provided.

If you are looking for wildlife, it’s right here on Roydon Common – roe and muntjac deer, foxes, badgers, weasels, barn and tawny owls, nightjars, nightingales, buzzards, marsh harriers. Great for walking, running, photography and much more. Our award-winning local CAMRA pub, The Union Jack, is just 100 metres away and The Three Horseshoes, serving pub food, is a 10-minute walk away. A hundred metres beyond is the Congham Hall Hotel which serves fine food and morning/afternoon teas. 

If you like beautiful beaches they are less than half an hour away, the Queen’s Sandringham Estate is a 10-minute drive and the stately homes of Houghton Hall and Holkham Hall are only a short distance away.

Smiddy Cottage offers charming self-catering accommodation in Tulliemet, just 7 miles from Pitlochry. Our wonderful stone-built cottage was originally a former working smiddy and has been recently renovated to offer luxurious accommodation in Perthshire.

This delightful cottage offers a ‘home from home’, providing everything you need for a relaxing break in a beautiful part of the country. The ground-level cottage sleeps 2 people and enjoys glorious views of the surrounding countryside.

Guests are welcome to enjoy the garden which has a table and chairs, plus outdoor dining facilities, great for al fresco dining in the afternoon sun.

Set in the heart of the Blackmore Vale in rural North Dorset, Star Farm cottage is a spacious, luxury one-bedroom cottage furnished and equipped to an exceptionally high standard.

The holiday cottage benefits from a large open plan sitting/dining room with glazed French doors opening onto a generously sized private decked area with fantastic uninterrupted views over farmland.

The bedroom upstairs is luxurious yet maintains the character of the original barn with oak floors, calm décor and delightful rural views through the shuttered window. 

The fully tiled bathroom is a particular luxury feature of the cottage enjoying a large walk-in shower/wet room with underfloor heating. Large luxury towels are provided along with a range of quality toiletries.

The cottage is approached by its own private drive and has ample, safe parking.

Facing west, the deck looks out over the farm to the hills beyond and is a perfect spot to sit and enjoy the sunset with a glass of wine on a summer's evening. A garden table and chairs and parasol are provided along with two recliners for those sunny days. 

The property is quietly situated on the outskirts of the village of Hazelbury Bryan, and is surrounded by what is undoubtedly some of England's prettiest countryside. It is close to a number of excellent pubs and is within 45 minutes drive of the Dorset coast giving excellent access to Poole, Bournemouth, Weymouth, Lulworth Cove, Swanage etc.

Tanyresgair Cottages in Bontnewydd offers charming self-catering accommodation in a recent barn conversion. Our two dog-friendly cottages are nestled in a breathtaking countryside setting on a working farm, perfect for a tranquil getaway in Ceredigion. We are in a great position for exploring the area, whether it’s Aberystwyth to the north or Lampeter to the south.

Both of our one-bedroom cottages have been beautifully renovated from an original stone barn. They still retain their original character, including exposed beams, stone walls, wooden and slate floors, whilst offering luxurious accommodation.

The Barn lies only a short distance from the Stiperstones Ridge to the north and west and to the Long Mynd in the east. One stretch of The Shropshire Way, which follows the long avenue of ancient beeches climbing Linley Hill, is a short walk away and can be seen from the garden at Lower Beach.

Southgate Barn Annexe provides wonderful self-catering accommodation in the gorgeous Norfolk village of Snettisham. Our property is great for a romantic getaway and is only 2 miles from its own beach and local RSPB nature reserve. The village is home to a range of pubs, local shops and a bistro.

Our modern property is great for a peaceful break in a superb location. The annexe is accessed by its own gravel driveway and has a private garden with a patio for a morning coffee or afternoon glass of wine.

Inside there is a fully equipped kitchen with a variety of appliances. Unwind in the lounge area after a day on the beach. Facilities include a flat-screen TV with Freeview & DVD player. On the ground floor is a shower room with a Bristan power shower.

A short walk will take you from Snettisham beach to Heachams sandy beaches, whilst the amazing cliffs of Hunstanton are only a short drive away.
