Merchants House at Gunsgreen House offers unique self-catering accommodation on the top two floors of the beautifully restored 18th Century John Adam mansion. We are in a great position for exploring the Scottish Borders, including the East Berwickshire coast and the magical villages of Coldingham and St Abbs.

Merchants House is great for families, friends, special birthdays and anniversaries. The house is nestled in an enviable position, boasting stunning views of the harbour and coastline.

The house has a spacious open plan living/dining area and a well-equipped kitchen on the first floor. On this floor, there is also a bedroom with a magnificent four-poster bed and a wet room bathroom. This floor can be accessed by a lift and there is a wet room accessible for disabled guests.

Stairs lead to the second floor where are there 2 double bedrooms (one with en suite facilities), a twin and triple room with a built-in box bed suitable for an adult or child. A large family bathroom comes with an opulent free-standing roll-top bath. 

Each floor enjoys breathtaking views across Eyemouth town, harbour and out to the sea. Guests are welcome to relax in the lawned area to the front of the house and there is also a picnic table in the side garden.

Eyemouth town centre is only a pretty 10-minute walk across the harbour. You can take a scenic boat with Eyemouth Rib Trips or play a round or two at Eyemouth Golf Club.

Cloag Farm Cottages are a group of 3 self catering holiday homes that are located just outside of Methven in the peace and quiet of the Perthshire countryside. The holiday cottages have stunning views over Strathearn and are only 7 miles from Perth. Our holiday cottages make a great base for those who want to explore Perthshire with its legacy of castles and historic sites. The farm that the holiday cottages are set on produces oats for porridge, barley for whisky and beer and some wheat.

Each cottage sleeps up to 4 people in 1 double and 1 twin bedroom. They are safely set away from main roads and traffic & have panoramic southerly views. 

Perth itself is 15 minutes by car and is an excellent shopping centre with a wide choice of shops and supermarkets. There is also a busy new concert hall, a museum, 2 art galleries, a theatre, a children's indoor theme park, an ice rink and leisure pool, which is always popular with our visitors.

Newhouse Farm Cottages is a rural retreat of 9 cottages set in 30 acres of courtyard gardens, organic fields and woodland in the heart of Devon at Witheridge.

Whether you are looking for a romantic break, a memory-making family holiday or a friend and family get-together, Newhouse Farm Cottages is the perfect venue. It can sleep up to 47 guests at any one time. For large groups, the function room, The Hayloft, is available for dining, meeting and partying, which means that everyone can come together when they want and return to the privacy of their own cottage for relaxation when needed!


The 30 acres of grounds are not farmed regularly and so, being free from pesticides, there is an abundance of wildlife. Regularly spotted roaming the fields are red deer, hares and badgers. Birds including buzzards, woodpeckers, barn owls, nuthatches and bullfinches can be seen either soaring high in the sky or eating from one of the many feeders dotted around.

The children’s outdoor play area has swings, slides and a climbing wall as well as a 4-metre trampoline with a safety enclosure net. There is a basketball hoop and football goal as well as large fields for football, cricket or rounders matches. Tennis can be played on the village court – it's free for our guests to use but the equipment is not provided and booking is essential.

Elm Cottage is a 2 bed purpose built wheelchair friendly cottage. Has a purpose built a wet room with shower & bath. This cottage is suitable for families with small children and guest with reduced mobility. 

The cottage has a master bedroom with a kings size bed, a further bedroom with a single bed. There is a separate wet room with shower and bath. The fully equipped kitchen offers an oven, hob, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher and microwave. The open plan dining and lounge areas enjoy an unspoilt view over open fields and down the valley towards the Roseland Peninsula. A television is provided in the living area and master bedroom. Free use of cots, high chairs are available by prior arrangement. The cottage is heated by controllable underfloor heating using the latest air source technology.

Vose Farm is the perfect holiday location for all ages; what better place to relax and enjoy your well deserved holiday than in the midst of some of the most beautiful countrysides in the UK yet less than three miles to the nearest beach! With numerous sandy beaches and quaint fishing villages within only a few miles of the farm (Caerhays Castle with its own beach (Porthluney) is less than 3 miles.

The nearest public house (Crown Inn at St Ewe (which is child friendly and serves food) is less than 2 miles away. Mevagissey is a working fishing port and just over 3 miles away and is a quaint village with narrow winding streets it boasts a number of pubs and restaurants and fish and chip shop.

Popular with walkers, the volcanos include Eildon Hills at Melrose and the Black Hill near Earlston. Trout and salmon fishing is a major attraction as the River Tweed and its tributaries are excellent for both.
