A third en-suite double or twin bedroom also benefits from a level access wet room.

Additional features include a carer call system, rise and fall kitchen worktops, wide doorways for wheelchair access and 100% level access throughout the property. With over 2000 square feet of space, the bungalow comfortably accommodates multiple wheelchair users. Outside, guests can relax on the private level access patio complete with seating and BBQ facilities while enjoying beautiful countryside views.

Flat Spaces is situated in a peaceful Hampshire countryside location overlooking the famous Watercress Line Steam Railway. The property provides an excellent base for exploring nearby destinations including Winchester, The New Forest and a range of historic towns, pubs and restaurants.

Popular attractions nearby include The Grange, Micheldever Forest, Armsworth Park and Micheldever Wood. Guests also particularly enjoy visiting Marwell Zoo and Birdworld during their stay.

Stays are available for 3, 4 or multiples of 7 nights, with rates ranging from £1320 to £1995 per week depending on the season.

Children are welcome and specialist parking is available. Working dogs are welcome, and bookings must include one or more disabled guests.

Dairy Cottage is located on the periphery of Ropley village, offering a peaceful retreat just a short walk from the community-run village shop, church, and cricket field. Close by is Alresford, a rural market town known for its independent shops and variety of eateries, where you can enjoy a leisurely stroll along the River Arle. Interestingly, the town and river have different spellings, adding a unique charm to the area.

Converted into a holiday cottage in 1992 when the farm ceased milking cows, Dairy Cottage sleeps up to five people. The farm continues to operate as a small holding, producing hay and silage to feed the cattle during the winter months.

Upstairs, the cottage features three bedrooms. The main room includes a double and a single bed with an en suite bathroom. There are two additional single bedrooms, one of which is very small with a 2’6” bed. Downstairs, guests can enjoy a spacious lounge and dining area, along with a well-equipped fitted kitchen and a toilet/shower room with a power shower.

Within a 10 minute drive from Ropley is Jane Austen's house in Chawton. The Watercress Line Steam Railway connects the towns of Alton and Alresford and stops at Ropley on the way through the picturesque countryside.
