Borthwood Cottages are a collection of self-catering holiday cottages that are located on the beautiful Isle of Wight, outside of Sandown near Borthwood. Our cottages were once a milking parlour on a farm and have been rebuilt and refurbished to a high standard.

The cottages sleep up to 6 people and have been awarded four stars by Visit England and graded M2 the by English Tourism Council. This makes the cottages suitable for wheelchair users.

Our cottages are brick built and have slate roofs. Many of the rooms in the homes have wonderful views of the surrounding countryside. All of our cottages are well equipped and the beds are made up ready for your arrival. They have cosy living areas with Freeview TVs and well-equipped kitchens that include everything you may need during your stay.

Our cottages are an ideal base for exploring the Island and have been designed to provide spacious family accommodation, incorporating disabled facilities. In the neighbouring fields, you will meet Erick and his family (our pet Highland cows). They can often be seen helping us keep the grass down in the paddocks around the holiday cottages.

Stud Farm Barns offers outstanding self-catering accommodation in the delightful hamlet of Goldstone, set in 12 acres of gorgeous farmland. Our unique barns have been beautifully converted, offering an unforgettable getaway in a wonderful part of Shropshire.

Our gorgeous barns date from the 1900s and offer modern accommodation whilst retaining original features, including original wooden beams. They both boast stunning countryside views and are in the ideal location for exploring the area.

The barns each sleep up to 6 people and feature beamed ceilings, flagstone floors and underfloor heating. The well-equipped kitchens are great for home-cooking. Each barn has 3 lovely bedrooms: 2 double en suites and a twin en suite. Outside there is shared use of a garden with an outside area and a BBQ, ideal for al fresco dining on a warm, summer’s day.

While staying with us you can make the most of the local area, whether it's scenic bike rides, visiting historical castles or enjoying family attractions such as Alton Towers, there is something for everyone. Nearby Market Drayton is on the John O’Groats to Land’s End cycle route and has an array of fabulous canal towpaths. You can stroll around the stunning gardens at Wollerton Old Hall or catch a bite to eat at a local restaurant.

Timbertop Holiday Bungalows, Churchingford, Taunton, Somerset (Sleeps 1-6)

Timbertop Holiday Bungalows offers superb self-catering accommodation in Churchinford, near Taunton. Situated in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, we are perfect for an idyllic break.

South Cleeve Bungalow is a spacious family bungalow offering all the luxuries of a home, making your holiday all the more relaxing. There are three bedrooms: two doubles (one with en suite) and one twin room. The large lounge is comfortably furnished & the kitchen/diner is fully-equipped. There is also a large conservatory for relaxing in whatever the weather. There is a separate games room. South Cleeve is situated in its own large secluded lawned garden, which hosts a variety of birds and wildlife visitors. It also has a trampoline and other children's toys.

Old South Cleeve sleeps up to 4 people in a double and twin. Both rooms share a bathroom with a shower over the bath. The kitchen is fully equipped with a range of excellent appliances. You can relax in the living room after a busy day exploring the local area. Outside there is a securely fenced garden with a summer house and BBQ.

There are a variety of activities nearby, including fishing, horse riding & golf. Taunton, famous for its cider and Somerset County Cricket Club is the fastest growing town in the South West and hosts all the popular high street shops.

The coasts of Lyme Regis, Sidmouth, Woolacombe and Minehead are within easy reach. The natural beauty of Dartmoor and Exmoor can be enjoyed as a day out. There are also plenty of National Trust Houses nearby including Killerton House and Hestercombe.

River View offers charming self-catering accommodation on the edge of Innerleithen. Our lovely cottage overlooks the River Tweed and the hills of the Southern Upland Way, making us perfect for an idyllic break.

Our superb property is perfect for families or friends and sleeps up to 6 people. River View is suitable for people with disabilities. There is level access, door openings, a wheelchair accessible hallway and an accessible shower room.

Outside there is a seating area and BBQ. Perfect for a spot of al fresco dining.

The small town of Innerleithen lies between Peebles and Galashiels in the Scottish Borders. Nearby 7stanes Innerleithen is regarded as one of the best and most challenging downhill tracks in the UK. The centre offers many exciting, adrenaline-pumping routes and has been a popular downhill race venue for many years. Innerleithen has a great 9 hole golf course, set in one of the three valleys. Fishing for trout and salmon is available (depending on the season) on the River Tweed and Leithen Water.

Widefirth Cottages, Riff, Rendall, Orkney (Sleeps 1-6)

Widefirth Cottages consists of two spacious self-catering properties in a great location for exploring the Orkney Islands.

Both cottages have underfloor heating and are all on one level providing easy access for wheelchair users.

The large, well-equipped kitchen has everything you may need, including a large built-in fridge and freezer, dishwasher, microwave conventional oven, electric hob and oven. There is a separate utility room with washing machine, tumble drier, additional sink and storage facilities.

The comfortable sitting room has an electric fire and there is a widescreen TV with DVD player.

There are three bedrooms - the master bedroom has a fabulous four-poster bed and en-suite bathroom which includes a walk-in shower, this is designed for wheelchair users and there is also a seated area available in the shower and a grab rail at the toilet. There are also two twin bedrooms.

The family bathroom has a luxurious spa bath and separate showering area.

Outside there is a large, enclosed garden with a separate bbq area and patio. There is also a separate drying area. The cottages also have a small shed available for bikes, fishing and outdoor gear.

There is so much to see and do in the area and the cottage is situated perfectly for discovering the Orkney Islands. Riff Farmhouse is only a 20-minute drive from the archaeological sites of Skara Brae, Maes Howe and the Standing Stones of Stenness.

Tullochwood Lodges, Rafford, Forres, Morayshire (Sleeps 1-6)

Tullochwood Lodges are situated in gloriously peaceful woodland by an enchanting Lochan in the Laich of Moray. There are 8 self-catering lodges available which stand in a sheltered valley, in the village of Rafford just 4 miles from the town of Forres. Moray is a beautiful area and is central for touring the whole of northern Scotland.

The magnificent 3 bedroom self-catering lodges were individually designed. Much loved by our regular guests, they provide a wonderfully relaxing holiday atmosphere for couples or groups of up to 6. Each lodge has a conservatory overlooking the lochan. The main bedroom has a double bed. The other 2 bedrooms, in all 4 lodges, have twin beds.

The 2 bedroom lodges are for smaller parties and young families seeking value for money. Ideal for 1 or 2 couples.

The delightful floral town of Forres, 4 miles away, has excellent shopping and sporting amenities including tennis, golf, and swimming.

There are many interesting places further afield including The Highlands, Loch Ness, the Landmark Visitor Centre at Carrbridge, the Wildlife Park at Kingussie and the Ospreys at Boat of Garten will beckon you.

Snowberry Cottages offers wonderful self-catering accommodation in Onich near Fort William. Our two cottages in Inverness-shire are the perfect base for exploring this beautiful part of Scotland.

Snowberry Cottage No 1 sleeps up to 4 people plus a baby. The open plan living/dining/kitchen area will suit all your needs. Two bedrooms are available, a double en suite and twin room. Both beds have orthopaedic mattresses. 

Snowberry Cottage No 2 is perfect for all the family. There is a bright and airy open plan living/dining/kitchen area. Bedrooms consist of a double and a double with a king-size bed and en suite shower room. A second shower room is accessed from the hallway. Both cottages share a drying room with tumble dryer. A cot and highchair can be provided on request.

For bookings of a week or more you will receive a complimentary bottle of wine.

A range of great attractions/activities are in the local area. Vertical Descents is a company just outside Onich which offers a range of activities: mountain biking, climbing, abseiling, bridge swinging, paintballing, archery, white water rafting and canyoning. Glencoe Mountain is brilliant in winter for skiing, snowboarding or sledging. Alternatively, you can take a trip on the chairlift and savour the magnificent views.

Our lovely holiday home sleeps up to 9 people and is great for a family or group looking to stay in a beautiful coastal location. Four bedrooms are available: a double, a twin en suite, a further twin and a bunk room which also includes a single. 

The property benefits from an outside shower, great for getting rid of sand after a day on the beach.

We are in a fantastic location, with Daymer Bay just a 5-minute walk away. You can also surf at Polzeath or sail, water ski or fish at Rock, or wander around the bustling town of Padstow. In Padstow, you can visit Rick Stein’s renowned seafood restaurant and fishing trips can be booked from Rock and Padstow.
