Sleeping up to 14 guests, Atlantic View offers spacious accommodation across three floors, with generous living areas, excellent facilities and plenty of outdoor space from which to enjoy the spectacular coastal setting.
Ground Floor
The ground floor has been thoughtfully designed with beach holidays in mind. There is a convenient shower room with a wash basin, WC and heated towel rail, which can be accessed directly from outside – ideal for washing off after a day beside the sea.
The fully equipped utility room includes a Belfast sink, ample storage, two fridge freezers, a microwave, washing machine, tumble dryer and ironing facilities. There is also a hanging rail for wetsuits and useful storage for shoes, boots and coats.
The comfortable sitting room enjoys wonderful views across the beach and sea. Guests can relax on the leather suite beside the log-burning stove, with wood provided. Entertainment facilities include a 28-inch digital television, sound system, Sky Plus and DVD player.
The spacious open-plan kitchen and dining area also makes the most of the magnificent views. Sliding doors provide direct access to the patio and barbecue area, making it easy to enjoy meals outdoors during warmer weather.
The kitchen is exceptionally well equipped with a four-oven Aga, double electric oven, ceramic hob, granite worktops and dishwasher. The dining area comfortably seats up to 14 guests, while a second log-burning stove creates a warm and welcoming atmosphere.
First Floor
On the first floor, guests will find a second sitting room opening onto a south-west-facing balcony with spectacular sea views. Furnished with a leather suite, the room also features a 28-inch television, sound system, Sky Plus and DVD player.
Having two separate sitting rooms makes Atlantic View particularly suitable for families and larger groups, providing plenty of space for everyone to relax.
The south-west-facing master bedroom enjoys beautiful views across the beach and sea. It features a 6-foot zip-and-link bed, which can be arranged as twin beds when required, along with a television and plenty of storage. The en suite includes a separate shower and bath, WC, bidet and wash basin.
A further en suite double bedroom is located at the rear of the property and includes a zip-and-link bed, television and private shower room.
The third bedroom on this floor is an en suite twin overlooking the side lawn. It also features a zip-and-link bed, television and shower room.
Second Floor
The second floor provides further comfortable sleeping accommodation for families and groups.
A south-west-facing double bedroom enjoys superb beach and sea views and includes a 6-foot zip-and-link bed that can be converted into twins. A television, hairdryer and ample storage are also provided.
The rear-facing twin bedroom has two 3-foot single beds, along with a television, hairdryer and plenty of storage.
There is also a large bunk room overlooking the sea and beach. This room includes bunk beds and two 3-foot single beds, one of which can be stored away when not required. A television and hairdryer are also provided.
Guests on this floor have access to a separate bathroom with a bath and shower over, complete with a bespoke glass enclosure. There is also a separate shower room. Both facilities include a wash basin, WC and heated towel rail.
Outdoor Living with Sea Views
Atlantic View offers an impressive outdoor space where guests can make the most of the fresh Cornish sea air and magnificent coastal scenery.
The level slate terrace has a glass balustrade, built-in barbecue and generous seating for large groups. Two patio tables provide dining space for up to 14 guests, complemented by 16 designer chairs, six sun loungers and four additional folding chairs.
Outdoor lighting allows the terrace to be enjoyed into the evening, whether guests are dining together or simply relaxing and admiring the views.
A Belfast sink is available for washing sandy feet, while an outdoor tap makes rinsing wetsuits convenient after trips to the beach.
Off-road parking is available for four cars, with additional free parking available in front of the property.

Atlantic View is just minutes from Polzeath Beach, putting the spectacular North Cornwall coastline within easy reach. Local shops, cafés and restaurants are conveniently close by, while beautiful coastal walks provide plenty of opportunities to discover the surrounding scenery.
