The entire cottage is on the ground floor and offers two spacious bedrooms. One bedroom includes a fully electric profiling bed alongside a standard single bed, while the second bedroom features a super-king bed that can be separated into two singles if required. Wisteria Cottage is the newest addition to the collection and offers spacious accommodation with three bedrooms. On the ground floor, there is a well-equipped kitchen and a lounge with Freeview TV. Visiting the Area

The nearest village, Chale Green, is approximately two miles away and offers a village shop with Post Office, delicatessen and café. Slightly further afield are the picturesque villages of Shorwell and Brighstone, known for their thatched cottages and ancient churches, along with local pubs, shops and post offices. Newport, the Island’s county town, is around a fifteen-minute drive.

Due to the rural location, guests are advised to have their own transport, as the cottages are not situated on a bus route.

The cottages are approximately two miles from Blackgang Chine theme park, making them ideal for families. They are also perfectly positioned for exploring the stunning beaches and chines along the south-west coast. Ventnor Botanic Gardens, incorporating the fascinating undercliff, is just a fifteen-minute drive away. With minimal street lighting in the area, the night skies are especially dark, making the location ideal for stargazing.

Edinburgh is around 1 ½ hours away and has so much to see, including Edinburgh Castle and The Royal Mile. Alternatively, head to Aviemore and enjoy the ski slopes of Cairngorm.
