Refurbished to a high standard, Island House sleeps up to four guests and provides a welcoming setting for a relaxing island break.
The well-equipped kitchen includes an electric hob, oven, microwave, fridge/freezer and dishwasher, making self-catering simple throughout the stay. Guests can unwind in the cosy living and dining room, which features a TV and DVD player.
There are two comfortable bedrooms. One features a king-size bed, while the second has two single beds, one of which includes a stowaway bed if required. All of the beds are fitted with quality mattresses.
Two bathrooms are available, with one offering a bath and overhead shower and the other featuring a convenient walk-in shower. Towels are provided for guests.
Enjoy the Garden and Sea Views
Outside, the enclosed rear garden is an attractive space with raised beds, outdoor seating, a BBQ and a pretty pond complete with a fountain and goldfish. The enclosed garden is also ideal for guests staying with pets.

Whiting Bay offers a good selection of local amenities, including places to eat, coffee shops, a nearby pub, grocers, a chemist, post office and garage.
Those looking to enjoy the outdoors will find plenty to do, with golf, bowling, putting and a variety of coastal and forestry walks available in the surrounding area. There is also a large playing field beside the beach, providing plenty of space for children to enjoy.
Further afield, the Isle of Arran has an excellent selection of places to explore. Popular attractions and destinations include Brodick Castle, Garden and Country Park, Lochranza Distillery, Goatfell, Holy Isle and the beautiful Glen Rosa.

Island House is available for weekly bookings at a flat rate of £850 per week and accommodates a maximum of four people. Children are welcome, and pets can stay by arrangement, although they must not be left unattended in the property at any time.
