The highlights of this stunning house is the stylish open plan living on the upper level. Exquisitely decorated with flair and charm, the striking local art, exposed beam ceiling, the glorious landscape and sea views all provide a warm and inviting atmosphere.

The entry hall leads to four luxury bedrooms on the ground level. Two spacious king rooms with en suite bathrooms. Two further bedrooms can be converted to king bedrooms with zip-link beds or two king singles, both share a family bathroom. The generous master bedroom with en suite and walk-in robe is located upstairs adjacent to the living area. All bedrooms are tastefully furnished with crisp white linen.

Bellfield offers self catering accommodation in a country mansion in Masham which was built for the Theakston family residence, local brewers in this historic market town. We have 12 apartments available which are perfect for families, couples and groups. We are a short drive from Ripon and an ideal base from which to explore North Yorkshire.

Accommodation

Bellfield offers a range of suites to choose from. Some suites can sleep up to seven people.

Suites consist of one to three bedrooms. The suites can cater to everyone’s taste, from couples to larger parties. Bed linen is provided. Two suites are available for people unable to manage stairs, with a low entry double shower available in each.

Each suite has its own fully equipped kitchen with a range of appliances to suit all your needs. The lounge comfortable chairs, a large a TV and Wi-Fi.

Onsite amenities include parking, laundry facilities and a pay phone. Beautiful grounds offering plenty of space for picnics and children to play surround Bellfield.

Porch Cottage, High Hill, Keswick, Cumbria (Sleeps 1-4)

Porch Cottage is set at High Hill near Keswick and is a Grade II cottage that can sleep up to 4 people. It is a great base from which to explore Cumbria and the Lake District National Park.

About Porch Cottage:

Our cosy holiday home is full of character and includes the original oak-beamed ceiling and an open fire in the sitting room/dining area. The modern world has landed here though and you can access Wi-Fi, enjoy television and watch a range of DVDs. A collection of books and jigsaws are also available for you to enjoy during your stay.

There are 2 bedrooms at the holiday home, both are luxurious and have stunning views of the river and the mountains beyond. The master bedroom has a super king bed and the second can be made up as a twin or super king bed depending on your requirements, so whether you are a couple, friends or family we can accommodate you. Both bedrooms have a television and all our beds are fitted with Egyptian cotton sheets and individually styled bedding. All guests are provided with soft and fluffy bath towels for use during their stay.

The bathroom features a double Jacuzzi so you can bathe with a friend in a bath with two ends, overhead shower, sink, loo, and bathrobes for you to use during your stay. A combi boiler with instant hot water ensures guests can always have a long soak after a day out.

The kitchen has underfloor heating which always warms the heart as well as the feet on those early winter mornings. It is compact but has everything you would need to self-cater, including a fridge/freezer, a Neff double oven with halogen hob, a washer/dryer. Attention to detail and quality equipment is on offer including a blue pearl granite worktop which is beautiful in itself.

Outside there is an enclosed courtyard with seating for four.

Visiting High Hill & Exploring Cumbria:

Our holiday home is just a few minutes’ walk to the centre of town. It is the perfect base for exploring Keswick and the Lake District.

Pound Farm Holidays is the perfect place to stay for couples and families who want a break away from the stresses of modern-day living. Our bespoke wooden lodge is set within its own secure grounds on our family-run farm, amidst 80 acres of beautiful Devon countryside. The farm is between Cullompton, Tiverton and Bickleigh, at Butterleigh and is a short drive to local amenities. We have a local pub serving food within walking distance and we are a close/short drive into Exeter city.

We provide a Fishing Pond which is heavily stocked with Roach, Rudd and Perch. There is no closed season. You will be able to fish as many times as you like during your stay at no extra cost. Wildlife on the farm is in abundance, it is home to dragonflies, moorhens, kingfishers, Canada geese, mallard ducks are often seen on our fishing pond, and as dusk falls you will hear the calls of the Tawny Owls.

Visiting Butterliegh & Exploring Devon:

Pound Farm is easily accessible just a 10-minute drive from the M5 (J28). We are situated on the edge of the village of Butterleigh, which boasts a historic church and popular Inn. 3 miles from the popular market town of Tiverton which has a range of excellent restaurants, cafes and local shops it is also famous for its Grand Western Canal.

We are within easy reach of both the North and South Devon Coasts. (About a 40min drive to either coast) As well as exploring Exmoor and Dartmoor both within a 20-mile radius.

The Courtyard:

When it comes to finding a place to stay that the whole family can enjoy, The Courtyard really is perfect. It offers exceptionally spacious and luxurious accommodation for up to 14 people in 7 bedrooms. To ensure you can rest and relax from the moment you arrive, we will ensure that the beds are made up ready for your arrival and that towels are provided for you for both bathing and the swimming pool! The West Barn:

A cosier retreat for up to 6 people. The property has recently been fitted out to a very high standard with underfloor heating throughout. This large open plan area incorporates the kitchen, the dining area and the lounge area. There is a wood-burning stove (logs provided) and a large smart TV. There is a spacious breakfast bar and working surface handmade in antique oak. From the dining and lounge area, bi-fold doors give access to the patio and garden.

The property enjoys beautiful views over the surrounding countryside. In total there are 3 bedrooms: a king en suite, double room and twin room. A family bathroom comes with a shower over bath.

Our property is in a fantastic position from which to explore the Isle of Purbeck. Whether you choose to do this by car, foot, bike or train is up to you! If you are looking for a leisurely day out, why not hop on the train at the quaint station in Harman's cross and take a trip to Swanage on the coast. Spend the day exploring this lovely seaside town, which is full of charm and nostalgia.

The historic stone village of Corfe Castle is less than 2 miles away and has a collection of shops, pubs and restaurants as well as fascinating castle ruins which are now part of the National Trust, a visit to Corfe Castle would not be complete, without finding out the history of the castle and who blew it up!
