Sleeping Up to Four Guests

Both cottages accommodate up to four guests in one double and one twin bedroom. Bed linen is included, with beds prepared ready for guests' arrival. Cots and highchairs are also available, making the properties suitable for families with younger children.

The attractive bathrooms include a bath, power shower, heated towel rail, toilet and wash basin.

Pitmeadow Farm is a small, family-run working farm set in peaceful countryside just outside the conservation village of Dunning. Full of character, the farm enjoys a quiet, elevated position on the southern side of Strathearn, offering lovely rural views and a relaxing setting. There are two self-catering properties available: The Steading, which comfortably sleeps up to six guests, and The Studio, which accommodates up to four, making them ideal for families, couples, or small groups seeking a countryside escape.

The Steading

The Steading provides spacious and comfortable accommodation, featuring a large open-plan kitchen with a dining table and seating area. There is also a separate, generously sized living room with three sofas, a TV, and an open fire, creating a cosy space to unwind. Upstairs, there are three large double bedrooms, each with its own ensuite shower and toilet, offering privacy and convenience for guests. Two of the bedrooms can be arranged as either twin or double beds to suit different group requirements, and one room also includes a pull-out single bed if additional sleeping space is needed. The Cottage

Summer House
Our beautifully furnished cottage sleeps up to 4 people and comes with a range of facilities to suit all your needs. We have masses of wildflowers on the farm, along with plenty of wildlife, including red squirrels, buzzards, bats and red deer. We truly are a rural haven.

Our cosy cottage comes with a well-equipped kitchen with a range of appliances: a cooker with a fan oven, fridge, microwave and washing machine. A relaxing lounge comes with a TV, DVD player and sumptuous sofas. The ideal place to unwind after a day sightseeing.

The double and twin bedrooms enjoy views over the Ayrshire coast and Holy Isle. Both bedrooms are reached by a gorgeous handmade spiral staircase.

Saorsa
This delightful Scottish farm cottage offers lots of quirky charm, wood paneling and cam ceilings upstairs, plus a toasty wood burner for those chilly days. The cottage offers fabulous views over to Holy Isle and the Ayrshire coast.

The cottage sleeps 5 people in 3 bedrooms: 1 double, 1 twin and 1 single. A shower room/wet room is downstairs. Outside there is a small patio for al fresco dining in the afternoon sun.
