Ivy Cottage
Ivy Cottage sleeps up to five guests (ideally two adults and three children) and retains its original rustic charm with white limewashed walls, flagstone floors with rugs, and exposed beams throughout. Alongside central heating, a wood-burning stove and a complimentary basket of logs provide cosy warmth.
The comfortable living area features quality furnishings, a digital television, DVD player, and Wi-Fi. The well-equipped kitchen includes an electric oven and hob, fridge, and microwave, while the attractively tiled bathroom boasts a high ceiling with exposed beams. A twin bedroom with pine furnishings is located next to the bathroom. A latched door leads to an attic gallery, accessed by a wooden alternate tread stairway — a delightful hideaway where guests can peek through the spindles to the bedroom below. Swallow Cottage
Named for the swallows that once nested in its stable before conversion, Swallow Cottage retains its traditional features, including whitewashed walls, flagstone floors, and exposed beams. The cottage sleeps three guests, with an additional pull-out bed available.
From the hallway, two steps lead through an arched doorway into the welcoming living/kitchen area, furnished with a wood-burning stove, television, DVD player, and Wi-Fi. The largest of the cottages, The Coach House can comfortably accommodate up to eight guests (plus a sofa bed and cot). It features whitewashed walls, solid wood and flagstone flooring with underfloor heating, and exposed beams throughout.
The ground floor is fully accessible, with no steps, and includes a large open-plan living, dining, and kitchen area with high ceilings and an attractive gallery above. The living space offers comfortable leather sofas, a wood-burning stove, and a dining table seating up to eight. The kitchen is modern and well equipped, while a utility room houses a washing machine, tumble dryer, and freezer.
All four bedrooms are individually styled and include en suite facilities — two on the ground floor and two upstairs. The accessible ground-floor double bedroom and bathroom are designed for visitors with mobility needs, featuring a level-access shower, seat, and grab rails. The remaining bedrooms include two doubles and two twins, offering flexibility for families or friends.
