The newly converted Pony Barn, with exposed beams and underfloor heating, offers stylish accommodation for two, extendable to four using a sofa bed. Groom’s Cottage, adjacent to Pardlestone Farm, features two double bedrooms, an open-plan layout, and well-equipped amenities.

For larger groups, Pardlestone Farm provides B&B accommodation in addition to the cottages. Guests can enjoy a full English breakfast, use communal spaces, and explore the gardens. Groom’s Cottage can be opened up to connect with the main farmhouse for larger groups, accommodating up to 12 people. The farm also offers eight loose boxes for visitors' horses.

Kilve, the nearby village, serves as an ideal base to explore West Somerset's unexpected beauty. The Quantock Hills, designated a National Landscape, boast unspoiled wilderness with diverse wildlife. The Old Rectory Coach House offers cosy and comfortable self-catering accommodation in the heart of Sampford Brett - a tranquil and pretty village, nestling between Exmoor, the Quantock Hills and the Somerset coast. It is truly the perfect place for a short break!

Farm View has a spacious double bedroom with plenty of room for a cot which we can provide on request. The second bedroom is smaller and has bunk beds which are 3 foot wide. Please note that access is up an external flight of 8 steps so the accommodation is not suitable for people who find steps difficult.

The Elms provides bright spacious accommodation in two double bedrooms. Please note that access is up an external flight of 8 steps so the accommodation is not suitable for people who find steps difficult.

The Stables offers spacious accommodation with a large double room and a twin room. 

Our accommodation is ideal for families, walkers and cyclists and provides very easy access to an extensive network of footpaths and bridleways. This includes the Coleridge Way and Macmillan Way West which are routed through our village. To the south and east of the village, there is a good view of the Quantock Hills and it is shielded from the main road by the rising hill to the north.

Farm View has one large double bedroom and one twin room with bunks (and a sofa bed in the lounge) whereas The Elms has two double bedrooms. Both properties are equipped to a very high standard and tariffs are inclusive of central heating, plentiful hot water, bedlinen and fluffy towels.

There is an outdoor swimming pool, trampoline, climbing frame and extensive gardens for play and relaxation.
