Webbington Farm can host up to 25 guests across four charming, well-appointed holiday cottages. Each cottage is fully centrally heated and thoughtfully equipped for a relaxing break.

Cottages Overview

Kitty – Sleeps 4 adults & 1 baby. Offers 2 bedrooms: 1 double and 2 singles. Named after a beloved farm workhorse.

Tiarks – Sleeps 7 adults & 1 baby. Includes 1 double, 1 triple (3 singles), and a double sofa bed in the lounge. This single-level cottage is ideal for elderly or less mobile guests and features a luxury hot tub in its own bespoke building off the private patio.

Poppy Cottage – Sleeps 7 adults & 1 baby in 3 bedrooms (1 en suite): 1 double en suite, 1 triple (double & single), and 1 twin. Additional accommodation is available in the main house for group bookings, including a triple en suite and an interconnecting twin room.

Red Tiles Barn is a homely holiday cottage situated in the picturesque Somerset countryside, just a mile from Evercreech on the outskirts of the farming hamlet of Stoney Stratton. Surrounded by rolling hills and lush pastures, this getaway offers a peaceful escape with easy access to local footpaths and scenic walks starting right from the doorstep.

Originally built at the end of the 19th century as a milking barn, Red Tiles Barn has been thoughtfully converted to provide comfortable self-catering accommodation for up to four people while retaining much of its original character and rustic charm. Its unique features and modern amenities create a welcoming space for a relaxing countryside break.

On the ground floor, the cottage features an open-plan kitchen, dining, and living area designed for comfort and convenience. Wells Cottages, Wells, Somerset (Sleeps 1-5)


Wells Cottages offer self-catering accommodation in the beautiful city of Wells in Somerset. The pair of cottages is a superb base for exploring the area’s many attractions.

Stable Cottage:
Stable Cottage dates back to the 18th Century. It is built of local stone with a pantile roof. It has two bedrooms and a small garden. Furnished and equipped to an exceptional the cottage is full of character.

Downstairs access is via a little gate into the private garden (with bench seat and barbecue) and into the kitchen/dining room. Designed by Domani Kitchens, this is beautifully fitted with a:

Double oven cooker and hob.
Microwave.
Fridge.
Freezer.
Auto washing machine.
Kettle.
Toaster.
Dining table.
Views of the garden.

Upstairs are two bedrooms. The master double features a brass and metal bed frame. The single room also has space for either a comfy camp bed or a cot.

Carden Cottage:
Carden Cottage was built in the 17th Century of local stone with a pantile roof. It is a truly beautiful cottage and of a generous size. with two bedrooms and a bathroom, a large lounge/diner with feature stone fireplace and wood burner, solid oak kitchen/diner with all appliances, a rear courtyard and a private front, lawned garden with seating and BBQ.

The front door leads you into the lounge/diner. Overlooking the front garden and rear courtyard, this has a most comfortable suite (sofa converts to double sofa bed).

It comes with a:

Feature stone fireplace with wood burner (log basket filled for you).
Antique pine dining table & chairs.
Smart TV/DVD player.
Stereo system.
Free BT business broadband.

The kitchen is newly fitted with:

Solid oak cupboards.
