About Olive House
It has a secluded flat enclosed garden with oversize garden furniture, shady tree, patio and pond.

It has a semi-circular in-out drive with parking for four-car without blocking each other in. It also has a separate side drive to the owner/staff cottage, behind the main house with its own separate garden.

Rock is on the North Cornwall coast, on the east side of the River Camel, whose estuary offers surfing at Polzeath, golf, sailing, water-skiing at Rock, with more serious shopping at Wadebridge, 4 miles away at the head of the estuary, and more serious eating at Padstow, across the estuary from Rock, where the Rick Stein establishments offer food for the pictorially inclined (ie fish lovers).

The beach, quay, golf and sailing clubs are about a mile away down a road that dead-ends in the Quarry car park.

There are numerous footpaths both along the coast, which is largely Duchy of Cornwall and National Trust land, and inland across farmland.
