The spacious kitchen is fully equipped with everything needed for a self-catering stay, including a two-oven Rangemaster cooker, American-style fridge freezer, dishwasher, microwave and washing machine. The adjoining living room offers plenty of comfortable seating, making it ideal for socialising and unwinding, while central heating and a wood-burning stove provide warmth and comfort during cooler months. Entertainment facilities include a 55-inch LCD TV with Sky Movies and Sports.

On the ground floor there are two versatile bedrooms, which can be arranged as either doubles or twins, sharing a modern bathroom with a large walk-in shower. One of these rooms also includes a day bed suitable for a child. Upstairs, accessed via a staircase between the dining and living areas, are four additional bedrooms, two of which benefit from en-suite bathrooms. All bedrooms feature zip-and-link beds, allowing them to be configured as doubles or twins, and each room includes a Freeview TV. One upstairs bedroom also contains a day bed for an extra child.

The games room, located just a few steps outside the main property, provides even more space for entertainment and relaxation. Guests can enjoy a snooker table, table football, comfortable seating and a flat-screen TV suitable for gaming consoles.
