The Old Joiners Shop

Our delightful cottage has been beautifully converted to offer quality accommodation to suit all your needs. This spacious cottage sleeps 6 people and is great for a family break in the country. Inside there is a fully-equipped kitchen with a range of appliances for home-cooking, a large beamed dining room and a cosy lounge with a multi-fuel stove for the winter months. You can also unwind in the sun-filled conservatory whilst admiring the stunning views.

Three bedrooms are available, a twin/double room, a master room with en suite facilities and a large attic twin/double room which Velux windows which enjoys outstanding views of the dales. On the first floor, there is also a shower over the bath. Outside there is a small, paved area with a table and chairs for al fresco dining whilst admiring the picturesque views.

Sawmill Cottage

This traditional stone-built cottage has been tastefully renovated and is still oozing with character. The cottage enjoys a homely feel and comes with a fully fitted kitchen/dining, a large, beamed lounge with a multi-fuel stove and a relaxing snug area, ideal for a coffee whilst enjoying a good book. The conservatory area offers glorious views and leads out to a small, decked area with benches.

The master en suite bedroom has a large shower and there are two more bedrooms, a twin/double room and single room. All the rooms offer fabulous views.

Visiting Middlesmoor & Exploring North Yorkshire

The Nidderdale Way can be walked from the doorstep, whilst The National Trust properties of Fountains Abbey and Studley Deer Park are close by, as is Brimham Rocks with its acres of stunning rock formations. Visit the local visitor attractions of Stump Cross Caverns and How Stean Gorge, with its spectacular 70ft deep limestone gorge and an excellent restaurant. Horse riding and excellent restaurants and cafes at nearby Pateley Bridge. Further attractions to visit include:

Brook House Farm Barn, Scamblesby, Louth, Lincolnshire (Sleeps 10-12)

Brook House Farm Barn is in the village of Scamblesby in the heart of the Lincolnshire Wolds, an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, giving excellent access to footpaths including the Viking Way, bridleways and meandering country lanes. This 200 year old barn conversion provides high-quality accommodation for up to 12 people wanting to enjoy a quiet family/ friends holiday or break away. Brook House Farm Cottage can also be booked to give accommodation for up to 16 people.

Accommodation

The Barn is great for a family or group holiday in a tranquil setting. The barn boasts original 18th Century beams and underfloor heating.

The ground floor has a large lounge with a TV and DVD player, as well as panoramic views over the Wolds countryside. A large fully equipped kitchen/dining area comes with a range of appliances for home-dining. A utility room with washing machine is also available.

There are 5 bedrooms, all with ensuite shower rooms. The two bedrooms on the ground floor have wet rooms. Three bedrooms on the first floor have conventional shower rooms.

The bed arrangements are: a twin bedroom (ground floor), a king bedroom (ground floor), a double bedroom with an extra set of bunk beds, a double bedroom and a four single beds bedroom. Choose combinations of beds to sleep a max of 12.

Outside there is a patio and open area with a picnic table and a BBQ for al fresco dining in the afternoon sun.

Visiting Scamblesby & Exploring Lincolnshire

The historic market towns of Louth and Horncastle are easily accessed (15 minute drive). Lincoln, Boston and Skegness and the beaches of Sutton-on-Sea, Huttoft and Anderby Creek are around a half hour away. Fancy a day at the races? Visit Market Rasen with its racecourse. The Viking Way passes through the village and Cadwell Park racing circuit is nearby. Superb attractions to visit include:

Sometimes known as “Cornwall’s Forgotten Corner” the Rame Peninsular has been largely ignored by the holidaymakers rushing down the A38 on their way to the beaches. It is a tranquil rural environment surrounded by clean beaches. Whitsand Bay cannot be accessed directly by car but the walk down the steep cliff paths will be well rewarded.

Our charming cottage sleeps up to 4 and is perfect for an idyllic holiday. The property comes with a variety of facilities to suit all your needs.

On the ground floor, there is a living room with a digital TV, DVD player and CD player. The room is furnished to a high standard and enjoys delightful views over the garden. A well-equipped kitchen/dining has a fridge, electric oven, microwave, dishwasher and ample storage. On the ground floor there is also a downstairs walk-in shower.

The first floor has a double and twin room. The latter has a washbasin and shaver point. Both bedrooms have a TV and quality bed linen is provided. Extra blankets are provided and supplementary heaters are available for both bedrooms, as well as the living room.

Outside there is a delightful patio overlooking the garden with garden furniture. A wonderful spot for a morning coffee or al fresco dining in the afternoon sun.

Lyme Regis Accommodation, Lyme Regis, Dorset (Sleeps 1-9)

We hope to have achieved this with our lovely self catering accommodation in the Heart of Lyme Regis, nestled right on the seafront. The Sundial

The house sleeps 9 in 5 bedrooms. 3 double bedrooms, 1 single bedroom and 1 bunk bedroom which is connected to the single bedroom but no door between them. The Sundial looks out over Lyme Bay from its prominent position in the middle of Marine Parade on the seafront at Lyme Regis.

On the ground floor, there is a light and airy lounge with large comfy sofas, wooden floors and a TV with DVD player. A lovely place to relax after a busy day exploring the local area. There is also access to a small balcony with seating, perfect for a coffee in the morning sun.
