The Dairy sleeps 6 & consists of 3 bedrooms (2 upstairs, 1 downstairs) 1 bedroom with a king-size bed, 2x twin bedrooms. Lounge - includes a TV, DVD player, Free sat, lounge suite. Upstairs bathroom with a shower, toilet, basin and bath. Downstairs bathroom with a shower, toilet and basin. Utility room - washing machine. Porch. Small enclosed patio garden. Rotary washing line.
The Cabin sleeps 6 & has 3 bedrooms - 1 bedroom with a double beds, 2 bunks then a single bed. Lounge - includes a TV, DVD player, Free sat, lounge suite. Upstairs bathroom with a shower, toilet, basin and bath.
Small enclosed patio garden - with rotary washing line. Porch - with bench and deckchairs for the patio. The Cabin is the only self-catering cottage in which we allow certain types or breeds of dogs (no more than two) - but we are biased towards the smaller, short-haired breeds. We are very sorry, but we do not accommodate dogs during the school summer holidays.
The Stables sleeps 7 & consists of 4 bedrooms - 1 bedroom with a double bed, 1 twin bedroom & a room with a set of bunkbeds. Lounge - includes a TV, DVD player, Free sat, lounge suite. Upstairs bathroom with a shower, toilet, basin and bath. A downstairs WC is also available. Enclosed grass garden - with rotary washing line and outdoor seating.
The Haybarn sleeps 9 guests & has 4 bedrooms - 1 bedroom with a double bed, 1 quad bedroom (2x bunk beds), 1 double bedroom, double bed with a single bedroom. Lounge - includes a TV, DVD player, Free sat, lounge suite.
One of the few unspoilt, non-commercialised coastal sites with unpolluted sea air, situated on the beautiful s.w. coast, with easy access to our sandy beach and picturesque views of our Chine and Brighstone Forest. The whole area is ideal for cycling, fishing, fossil hunting - a walkers paradise.

Fern Cottage is a recently re-built, cosy self catering holiday cottage offers a convenient location within the Georgian town of Bewdley, a fantastic base from which to explore Worcestershire.
Fern Cottage offers accommodation for 4 people in two en suite bedrooms both furnished to a very high standard. They are both comfortable and practical with built-in wardrobes and ample room for 4 people to stay.
A ground floor bedroom offers twin beds and an en suite shower room. The first-floor living space has a fully equipped kitchen including a dishwasher. Double doors open onto a private courtyard garden. Upstairs there is a double bedroom with an en suite bathroom. The ground floor bedroom is a twin room, with an ensuite shower room. This room has a stable style door to a small courtyard with access to the laundry.
The first-floor living area offers an open plan kitchen, dining and living area with patio doors which open out onto a delightful courtyard garden with an outdoor dining area which catches the best of the evening sun. The living area includes a TV with Freeview and a built-in DVD player.
The double bedroom upstairs has a comfortable king-sized bed, which can be offered as twin beds if required. This room has an up to date en suite bathroom, offering a bath with a shower over.

Granary Cottage is on the Herefordshire/Powys border, in the beautiful Golden Valley. This detached barn conversion has been beautifully refurbished, providing comfortable and homely accommodation that is suitable for couples, friends and families. Set in the village of Dorstone, it is a great base for exploring attractions and places of interest in both Wales and England. Overcliff Lodge is a large detached self catering house built in the Victorian era and occupies a prominent position on the coastal road in Mundesley. Due to the unique design of the house, we can offer either bed and breakfast accommodation or the whole house can be booked by a self-catering group of up to 12 people.

Stable Cottages offer six secluded self catering cottages set in 20 acres of stunning Kent countryside. Their cottages are uniquely situated and have the benefit of being very secluded and secure whilst also conveniently close to town, with easy access to main roads such as the A2 and M25 and great rail links to London.
Their four cosy two-bedroom cottages comprise of one bedroom with a double bed and another containing bunk beds (either single or double) plus an additional single bed. They are each fitted with a fully-equipped kitchen complete with oven, hob, microwave, kettle, toaster and coffee-maker. The bathroom is fully tiled with a shower over the bath and plenty of cupboard space. All types of towels are provided. The comfortable lounge/diner has a three-piece suite and a dining table with room for six guests. All of our cottages are fully heated by an eco-friendly biomass wood chip boiler. This is included in your rental and can be adjusted by a thermostat in each cottage.
Their four-bedroom cottages have two bedrooms downstairs - one with a double bed and one with two single beds. There is also a bathroom on the ground floor with a bath and shower. The kitchen is fully equipped and in the living/dining room, there is a dining table and chairs and a three-piece suite. Oak staircases take you upstairs where there are two more bedrooms (one double and one twin), both with immaculate en-suite shower rooms. All bedding and towels are provided. Guests in all of the cottages have access to two shared utility rooms containing washing machines, tumble driers, iron, ironing boards and clothes airers.
