Much care and attention has been paid when renovating the barn, to retain it's original charm and character.

Spacious living room with 3 comfy sofas, Smart TV, and woodburner - unlimited logs provided. Well-equipped kitchen with dining area. - all household items, toilet paper, detergents etc., provided. Downstairs cloakroom with washer/dryer.

Downstairs, the second bedroom, can be made up as a twin or double, and looks out on to the garden. Upstairs, the master bedroom, has views of surrounding hillsides.

Ample landing/additional sitting room with small Smart TV and sofa bed which can be curtained off for privacy and cosiness. Family bathroom with bath, basin, toilet, separate shower cubicle.

Outside is a secluded south facing garden with wooden furniture and additional sun loungers. Charcoal BBQ available. Secure shed for bicycle storage. Off road parking.

Wonderful area for outdoor pursuits, with an abundance of walks and cycle rides in all directions. Granary Cottage offers charming self-catering accommodation in the quaint hamlet of Little Humby. Located near Grantham in a tranquil setting, we are in the perfect position for exploring Lincolnshire.

This wonderful cottage dates from the 18th Century and was originally a granary. The cottage now offers excellent accommodation whilst still retaining its original features, including original beams and a toasty wood-burning stove. The cottage is tastefully furnished and sleeps up to 3 people.

Inside there is a well-equipped kitchen including a cooker, oven, microwave, fridge with icebox section, dishwasher and washing machine. We even provide a lovely welcome breakfast pack, including fresh home-baked bread and homemade jam. You can unwind in a cosy living/dining area after a day in the countryside. Facilities include comfy seating, a log-burning stove, TV, games and a dining table.

Upstairs there is a beautiful king-size bedroom with a memory foam mattress, TV and gorgeous exposed beams. The bijou second bedroom has a 3ft single bed with a pocket sprung mattress and has been furnished in the whimsical style of a ship’s cabin, complete with a porthole mirror and ship’s lantern. Both rooms share a bathroom with a shower over the bath. Towels, soap and a bubble bath for a luxury soak are provided.

The cottage is nestled in the beautiful garden of the owner’s farmhouse and boasts a private patio with a table and chairs for al fresco dining in the afternoon sun. Please keep dogs on a lead whilst in the shared grounds. You can also enjoy the 3-acre organic wildflower meadow and woodland area.

We are based near the village green and just 1 mile away from an award-winning CAMRA pub which serves delicious food. You can also visit the nearby market town of Grantham, home to great restaurants, lovely cafes and interesting shops. Visit Belvoir Castle, one of the UK’s finest Regency castles, or see Woolsthorpe Manor, a historic National Trust-owned 17th-century farmhouse. Excellent attractions to visit include:

This detached barn conversion has been beautifully refurbished, providing comfortable and homely accommodation that is suitable for couples, friends and families. Set in the village of Dorstone, it is a great base for exploring attractions and places of interest in both Wales and England. Within comfortable driving distance, you can reach Hay-on-Wye, Hereford, Talgarth & Brecon.

Much care and attention has been paid when renovating the barn, ensuring that much of the original charm and character has been kept. You will find original exposed beams, stone fireplace and wood burner, all of which contributes to a cosy feel in the cottage. 

Outside is a secluded walled garden which is a lovely suntrap. This provides a relaxing place to enjoy your morning brew or something stronger in the evening when having a BBQ with your loved ones.

Within a short walk, you will be in the centre of the village where you will find the Pandy Inn. This popular pub provides you with a place to enjoy something to eat and drink, whilst relaxing in the oldest pub in the county. Lovers of traditional public houses are sure to find that the Pandy Inn perfectly fits the bill and this establishment is busting with traditional charm.
