Upstairs, the gallery opens into a second seating area and the third bedroom, which includes a double bed and a one-of-a-kind single four-poster bed.

The Beach House in Port Isaac offers outstanding self catering accommodation, nestled in a truly stunning location. We boast spectacular sea views from nearly every room, perfect for an idyllic getaway in Cornwall.

Accommodation

Our luxurious property is ideal for the ultimate coastal holiday, based in a unique setting. The house sleeps up to 16 and is ideal for a group or family looking for somewhere special to stay.

On the ground floor, we have a well-equipped kitchen with a range of appliances: an Aga and a separate electric oven, microwave and fridge/freezer. Savour some delicious meals in the dining room.

Unwind in the cosy living room that comes with comfy seating, a TV/DVD player and toasty wood-burning stove for those chilly days. You can also relax in the sun-filled conservatory whilst admiring the amazing sea views. The whole family can have plenty of fun in the games room that comes with table football and a billiard table. There’s also a WC and a separate shower next to the sauna.

On the first floor, we have 4 beautiful bedrooms: 1 master double, 2 twins and 1 double. All the rooms come with modern en suite facilities and enjoy glorious sea views. On the second floor, we have a double en suite and family en suite room. Access to the family room is through the room with bunk beds, ideal for families.

Outside we have a sunset terrace with seating, offering a great spot for a tipple whilst enjoying the magnificent views. We also have a secluded courtyard with seating and BBQ for al fresco dining, plus an outdoor shower. You can also unwind in the pretty garden.

We are in a brilliant position for exploring the quaint fishing village of Port Isaac. You’ll find enchanting winding streets, whitewashed cottages and a delightful harbour front. Beach House Mundesley, Mundesley, Norfolk (Sleeps 1-16)

Beach House Mundesley is a large self-catering holiday home that has spectacular panoramic sea views of Mundelsey Beach in Norfolk. Our luxury holiday home is only a short drive from Cromer and is an ideal base for 16 people who are looking for a well-deserved breakaway to a stunning part of England. Hen parties are welcome.

About Beach House:

We are perfect for a weekend break away. Our detached Victorian residence has been carefully decorated and furnished to ensure that guests have a wonderfully relaxing breakaway. The house includes everything you may need for a truly special break away and no expense has been spared with regard to the facilities and amenities the house has to offer.

On the ground floor is a large open-plan living space that includes a kitchen/diner and a large sitting room area. In the kitchen you will find all the usual appliances you would expect in a 5-Star rated holiday home; two fridges and a small freezer, a Range cooker and two dishwashers. You will also find a more unusual feature— a stunning original Victorian range. The main table can seat 10 and there are two extra tables which can be used to seat 14-16 people easily. In the seating area, you will find a Sky TV and a Nintendo Wii with karaoke/family-orientated games.

All of the bedrooms can be found upstairs and many have lovely sea views. The bedrooms are made up as:

2 double rooms (can be made up as a super king-size bed or twin bed).

1 king-size room.

3 twin rooms.

1 four-poster room.

The bedrooms are all made up and ready for your arrival and we supply cotton bed linen, white bath towels and some beach/hot tub towels. The house is perfect for families with small children. We provide stair gates and two high chairs and some children's toys and books. The garden is safe for children. All the rooms will take travel cots if you bring those with you.

Outside of our holiday home is a pretty south-facing garden with seating areas. It's a real sun trap so if it's chilly on the beach, but sunny, it will probably be warm enough to sit in the garden. We have deck chairs for this purpose. There is a Mediterranean-style hot tub room that is designed for all year-round use. In summer, open up the double doors to the garden and lie back and relax in the six-person tub: it becomes virtually open air. You can watch the Swallows swooping backwards and forwards to their nests under the eaves of Beach House, it's magical. In winter the room is centrally heated, so it isn't cold and when lit by flickering candlelight at night it really does feel like you are somewhere very far away from Norfolk! There is also a washer/dryer in the hot tub room. We also have a selection of beach items available for you to use as well as an 9-foot trampoline and swing ball set.

Visiting Mundesley & Exploring Norfolk:

The holiday house is only a 5-minute walk from the centre of Mundesley, which is a pretty village in Norfolk.

The walks in and around Mundesley are breathtaking and the coastal path is really spectacular. You can walk to Cromer along the beach in 2.5 hours. Mundesley also has a golf course which welcomes visiting players and horse riding can be arranged nearby too.

Ferry View is a spacious townhouse ideal for a family self catering holiday in the heart of Dartmouth, Devon. Greystones is a wonderful self catering holiday home that can accommodate 9 people. It dates back to the late 17th Century and can be found in the village of Staithes in North Yorkshire. It was once a local inn called the Golden Lion and the old pub sign can just be made out above the front door.

Inside, the holiday home is cosy yet spacious. It has been tastefully decorated and furnished in a relaxing but fresh style. There are some special points of interest such as the huge old ship’s timber built into the exposed stone wall in the dining area, an old range in the snug and intriguing arrangement of staircases going to different parts of the house. The pretty open fire in the lounge adds a touch of romance too.

The whole house is well equipped to be comfortable and practical with extras such as a high-quality dishwasher, washing machine and tumble drier, sound systems, TVs, DVDs and internet access.

Our holiday home has 5 bedrooms and there are 3 bathrooms shared between them. Special effort has gone into ensuring each guest has a good night’s sleep so you will find the bedrooms have large beds, pocket sprung mattresses and superior quality pillows and variable weight duvets.

There is a cosy lounge, the snug and a good sized, well equipped dining kitchen provides plenty of space where everyone can eat and relax together.

The pretty village of Staithes has plenty of unique character and a historic ambience. Step out onto the cobbled street and you are only 100 metres from the safe little beach and the harbour, passing two pubs, several cafes, a critically acclaimed fish restaurant, a great art gallery and a range of useful and interesting small shops on the way! Opposite the house is a pathway between the tightly packed houses leading down to the beck where Staithes’ few remaining fishermen moor their colourful boats.

There is plenty of interest for the whole family in the village itself and the ever popular coastal town of Whitby is just 11 miles to the south, providing a wide range of things to see and do for all ages.

The Cabin, St Agnes, Isles of Scilly (Sleeps 1-2)

The Cabin is a cosy retreat for 2 and can be found on St Agnes on the Isles of Scilly, near the church and just 10 yards from Periglis beach. The main island, St Mary's, can be reached by ship from Penzance, by fixed-wing aeroplane from Land’s End, Newquay or Exeter, or by helicopter from Penzance. There are regular passenger boats plying the short distances between St Mary's and the other inhabited islands, including St Agnes. Please contact us should you require more information about travel to or within the islands. We will assist with the transport of luggage from the St Agnes quay to the Cabin.

This property is a small granite barn which has been tastefully converted. There is a lovely view from the dining table looking along the beach. There is an open plan interior with a kitchen area, a living area and a comfortable bedroom area, with an adjacent shower room/toilet. There is a small garden area to the rear. This holiday home is perfect for 2 people (in twin beds).

St Agnes is a haven of peace and tranquillity. It is one of the 5 inhabited isles of the 100 or so Isles of Scilly, set some 28 miles South West of Land’s End, in the Atlantic Ocean. Periglis (meaning Church Bay) is in an idyllic location on the western side of St Agnes. It has a lovely beach and is the bay in which many islanders moor their boats. The property is only 10 yards from the beach! It is a 10-minute walk from Periglis to the post office and local store which stocks an excellent range of groceries, wine, beer, cards and souvenirs. Troytown Farm (a 5-minute walk from the Cabin) sells its own milk, cream, meat and ice cream. It is a 5-minute walk to Coastguards Café from which there are spectacular views out over the Western Rocks, the Bishop Lighthouse and the ocean beyond. It is a 15-minute walk to the island pub, the Turk's Head and the quay.

Lyde Hill Holidays offers superb accommodation situated on an old dairy farm near Stour Provost in North Dorset. There are lots of farm animals on site to meet including pygmy goats, lambs & sheep and chickens. In the surrounding farmland, there are also wild deer and rabbits to spot as well as a plethora of birds and other wildlife.

Westwinds - Sleeps 6 Adults + 2 children:

Westwinds has five spacious bedrooms and two bathrooms and is set over two floors. On the ground floor, there are two bedrooms and a bathroom and then the further three bedrooms and second bathroom are on the first floor. There is a large family kitchen with everything you may need, including a double oven, a large fridge, a dining table & chairs and a microwave. The utility room has a washer/dryer and freezer. The sitting room has a lovely wood burner, sofas and a TV to relax in front of. There is a games room with a selection of family games and outside you will find an enclosed garden, garden furniture & BBQ. Parking for up to four cars. Minimum 4 night stays.

The Pods:

There are five luxury pods onsite all with stunning views of Duncliffe Wood. They are made from cedar wood and each one is heated throughout and has a double bed, en-suite shower room, compact but functional kitchen and also a small sofa bed suitable for 2 young children. Outside there is a private space with BBQ, table & chairs. Towels and bedding for the double bed are included. Minimum 2 night stays.

There is so much to see and do in the area, we are in a great location in the heart of the North Dorset countryside. Duncliffe Wood is only a short walk away and is an ancient woodland - perfect for the kids to explore or for you to enjoy a stroll through. Gillingham and Shaftesbury are only a ten-minute drive away and have a wide range of shops, cafes and restaurants to choose from.
