Kerroobeg is an original Manx cottage that has recently been extended and refurbished to a very high standard. Set in a remote and tranquil location on the slopes of South Barrule near Cringle Plantation, it offers spectacular views down to Castletown and the southern coastline.

This charming countryside retreat accommodates up to four guests across two beautifully appointed bedrooms. The property features a luxurious bathroom with separate shower and bath, a cosy living and dining area, a fully equipped kitchen, and a stunning oak-framed sunroom overlooking the surrounding landscape.

Inside the Cottage

The sunroom is an oak-framed haven, facing south and west with large windows, comfortable sofas, coffee tables, and soft lighting—perfect for relaxing and taking in the views.

The living/dining area includes an original Manx dresser, plush seating, Smart TV with Freesat and DVD player, and a dining table for six.

The bedrooms feature thick carpets, top-quality beds, and ample storage, all dressed in Egyptian cotton bedding. One room includes a king-size bed, while the other offers zip-and-link beds adaptable to a super king.

The bathroom is fully tiled with separate bath and shower, underfloor heating, quality toiletries, and fluffy towels.

The kitchen is spacious and well-appointed with an electric oven, induction hob, dishwasher, washer/dryer, fridge, freezer, microwave, and generous worktop space.

There is also a large hallway with cloakroom and plenty of hanging space.

Langton Holiday Cottage offers lovely self catering accommodation in a fantastic setting, nestled by the side of the outer harbour in Port St Mary. We boast stunning sea views and are perfect for a relaxing break on the Isle of Man.

Accommodation

Our charming former quarryman’s cottage dates from 1840 and still retains many original features whilst offering modern accommodation. The character cottage is tastefully furnished and sleeps up to 6 people.

Inside there is a cosy lounge/dining room to unwind in. Facilities include comfy seating, an open coal fire, a TV with Freeview and Freesat, a DVD player and comfy seating. A patio door leads to the secluded rear garden. Enjoy some home cooking in the fully-equipped kitchen that comes with a range of appliances: cooker/oven/grill, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, microwave and washing machine.

3 bedrooms are available. Bedrooms 1 and 2 are on the first floor, fitted with king beds. Bedroom 2 can be made as a double or twin. Bedroom 3 is on the ground floor and can bed made as a twin. All the bedrooms come with high-quality Egyptian cotton bedding and towels. The rooms share a first-floor bathroom with an electric shower over the bath and a heated towel rail. A separate loo is on the ground floor.

Outside there is a garden with seating and a BBQ, great for al fresco dining whilst enjoying the amazing harbour views.

Visiting Port St Mary & Exploring the Isle of Man

The local area has lots of golf courses to enjoy, including Port St Mary Golf Club, Castletown Golf Links and Rowany Golf Club.
