Grange Farm Barns offers modern self catering accommodation in 3 barn conversions, offering views of the Brighstone Downs on the Isle of Wight. We are the perfect place to escape from the pressures of modern life.

Accommodation

All 3 of our barns have been tastefully converted from traditional stone barns to offer high-quality accommodation. They all come with comfy living areas, well-equipped kitchens, modern bedrooms and attractive bedrooms.

The Cabin - Sleeps 6

Our cosy barn has a fully equipped kitchen with a dining table/chairs, electric fan oven, hob, microwave, fridge, dishwasher, crockery, cutlery, saucepans, washing machine. Unwind in the living area that has a TV with Freesat, DVD play and comfortable seating. 3 bedrooms in total, including 2 doubles and 1 twin. A bathroom has shower, WC, hand basin and bath. Outside there is a small, enclosed patio garden for al fresco dining.

The Stables - Sleeps 7

We offer delightful accommodation in The Stables, offering a lounge area with a TV including Freesat, DVD play and comfortable seating. A fully equipped kitchen includes a dining table/chairs, electric fan oven, hob, microwave, fridge, dishwasher, crockery, cutlery, saucepans and washing machine. 4 bedrooms are available, 1 ground floor double bed, 1 king, 1 single and 1 bunk room. A bathroom has a WC, hand basin and bath. Outside there is a grassed garden with seating, ideal for a glass of wine on a summer’s evening.

The Haybarn - Sleeps 9

Our peaceful barn is great for a relaxing retreat. Inside there is a fully equipped kitchen with a dining table/chairs, electric fan oven, hob, microwave, fridge, dishwasher, crockery, cutlery, saucepans and washing machine. A relaxing lounge area has a TV with Freesat, DVD play and comfortable seating. 4 bedrooms area available, 1 king en suite, 1 double, 1 bunk room and 1 single. A bathroom has a shower, WC, hand basin and bathroom. Outside there is a bathroom with a shower, WC, hand basin and bath.

Visiting Brighstone Bay & Exploring the Isle of Wight

We are situated on the beautiful south west coast, with easy access to our sandy beach and offering picturesque views of our Chine and Brighstone Forest. The whole area is ideal for cycling, fishing, fossil hunting - a walker’s paradise. Great attractions to visit on the Isle of Wight include:

Grange Farm Barns offers 4 barn conversions converted from stone barns with views of Brighstone Downs on the Isle of Wight.

The Dairy sleeps 6 & consists of 3 bedrooms (2 upstairs, 1 downstairs) 1 bedroom with a king-size bed, 2x twin bedrooms. Lounge - includes a TV, DVD player, Free sat, lounge suite. Upstairs bathroom with a shower, toilet, basin and bath. Downstairs bathroom with a shower, toilet and basin. Utility room - washing machine. Porch. Small enclosed patio garden. Rotary washing line.

The Cabin sleeps 6 & has 3 bedrooms - 1 bedroom with a double beds, 2 bunks then a single bed. Lounge - includes a TV, DVD player, Free sat, lounge suite. Upstairs bathroom with a shower, toilet, basin and bath.
Small enclosed patio garden - with rotary washing line. Porch - with bench and deckchairs for the patio. The Cabin is the only self-catering cottage in which we allow certain types or breeds of dogs (no more than two) - but we are biased towards the smaller, short-haired breeds. We are very sorry, but we do not accommodate dogs during the school summer holidays.

The Stables sleeps 7 & consists of 4 bedrooms - 1 bedroom with a double bed, 1 twin bedroom & a room with a set of bunkbeds. Lounge - includes a TV, DVD player, Free sat, lounge suite. Upstairs bathroom with a shower, toilet, basin and bath. A downstairs WC is also available. Enclosed grass garden - with rotary washing line and outdoor seating.

The Haybarn sleeps 9 guests & has 4 bedrooms - 1 bedroom with a double bed, 1 quad bedroom (2x bunk beds), 1 double bedroom, double bed with a single bedroom. Lounge - includes a TV, DVD player, Free sat, lounge suite.


One of the few unspoilt, non-commercialised coastal sites with unpolluted sea air, situated on the beautiful s.w. coast, with easy access to our sandy beach and picturesque views of our Chine and Brighstone Forest. The whole area is ideal for cycling, fishing, fossil hunting - a walkers paradise.
