Come and unwind at Old Newham Farm, a beautiful self catering property in the heart of the Cornish countryside. Tucked away down a quiet country lane, it is only 3 miles from some of the most dramatic coastline in the area. The holiday cottages have been created from stone and slate buildings dating back some 200 years or more and are grouped around the original farmyard. The farming activities have now moved out of the way although still close enough for you to feel involved.

There are several beaches for surfing, for building sandcastles, for just relaxing, some secluded and remote, all within ½ hour's easy drive on the quiet roads. And of course, there is the Coastal Path and other woodland and riverside walks in the area.

You can take a pleasant stroll around the 30-acre organic farm grazed by cattle and sheep alongside the River Ottery. You could see a buzzard or some other birds of prey. If you are very lucky, you may glimpse an otter or the resident kingfisher.
