The Mill, a unique split-level conversion, accommodates up to 2 people. The property is equipped with modern amenities, including a flat-screen TV with DVD player, city-speed Wi-Fi, and a well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher.

The Ciderhouse, a former cart shed dating back to the early 1800s, provides outstanding accommodation for up to 6 people plus an infant. With a master triple room, a ground floor twin, and a first-floor twin room in the eaves, the Ciderhouse is ideal for family getaways. The spacious open-plan living/dining area and well-equipped kitchen offer a perfect blend of comfort and functionality. Outdoor enthusiasts can unwind on the courtyard patio, enjoying a glass of wine on summer evenings.

Beili Stable, a large ground-floor barn, accommodates up to 4 people. Featuring exposed beams, antique furniture, and a Swedish wood burner, this charming barn offers a cosy atmosphere. The large open-plan kitchen/living/dining area is filled with natural light, and the two en suite bedrooms (1 king and 1 twin) provide comfort and privacy. Outside, a south-westerly facing private patio invites guests to enjoy the scenic surroundings.

The Cottage at Mellington House offers charming self catering accommodation in the delightful Tudor village of Weobley. Our wonderful Grade II Listed cottage in Herefordshire is perfect for an unforgettable getaway.

Accommodation
Our fantastic cottage is great for a relaxing getaway in an idyllic location. The cottage is tastefully furnished and comes with everything your need for a relaxing holiday.

Inside there is a lovely open plan dining room with a toasty wood burner and a TV lounge to unwind in. The well-equipped kitchen is great for home cooking and includes an electric oven and hob, microwave, washing machine and fridge/freezer.

Two attractive bedrooms are available, a double and a twin room. A downstairs bathroom is available. All bed linen is included.

Outside there is an enclosed garden patio with garden furniture and a BBQ for al fresco dining.

Visiting Weobley & Exploring Herefordshire
Our cottage is in a great position for exploring the area, with pubs, a post office, shops and an excellent restaurant right on our doorstep. You can also visit The Black Mountains, the famous bookshop town of Hay on Wye or the gorgeous Wye Valley. A range of brilliant golf courses are in the area and there are lots of scenic walks. Superb attractions to visit include:

White Heron Properties, Lyonshall, Kington, Herefordshire (Sleeps 2-33)


White Heron Properties are perfect self-catering properties for a couple, small family groups or large parties of up to 33. There are 6-holiday cottages available set on the Whittern Estate which is a 700-acre estate within the historic village of Lyonshall. The estate is ideally located for those looking to explore Kington, Herefordshire and the surrounding counties.

The Colloquy:
5* Gold (sleeps up to 23 and can be taken with Gardeners and Forge to sleep 32). This designer-decorated super-luxury property has 8 large en suite bedrooms, 4 sitting rooms, two dining rooms, four kitchens, huge gardens and a squash court. Other facilities include an outdoor heated pool (summer only), hot tub, sauna, cinema, sky plus TV, Wi-Fi, table tennis, badminton, Wii, X box and even a grand piano. There is also outdoor dining, pool loungers and a big gas barbecue.

The Sherriffs:
4* (sleeps 18). The Sherriffs is a large Grade II listed Queen Anne House set in a beautiful isolated setting surrounded by mature gardens. There are 8 bedrooms, 4 of which are en suite doubles and the other 4 shares an additional 2 bathrooms. It has 2 sitting rooms, a large dining room and a kitchen with a large breakfast table. There is Sky TV, a table tennis table, and extensive lawns for badminton, boules and Barbie.

Gardener's Cottage:
4* (sleeps 6). This is a pretty, yet solid and well-proportioned stone house that sits in large open gardens of its own. It has a big kitchen, dining room to seat up to 10, sitting room with log burner and large TV. There is also a large walk-in shower and loo on the ground floor. Upstairs there are 2 large doubles both with their own vanity units and sinks; and a further smaller twin room. They share a bathroom with a shower over. Limited access to the outdoor pool.

Forge:
4 * Gold (sleeps 3 – 4). The Forge was the home of the estate blacksmith but is now a beautifully restored lofty and contemporary conversion. With a huge open plan kitchen, dining and sitting room with log burner and dining for up to 10 the property is a perfect place for exploring Herefordshire or further afield or a brilliant romantic retreat. The bedroom is also large and lofty and has a 6 ft bed, a bath in the bedroom and an en suite bathroom. A further 2 people can sleep in the king-size double that overlooks the main room and is accessed by a spiral staircase. (Please note this room does lack some privacy.)

There is a further downstairs shower and bathroom. Limited access to the outdoor pool.

Field Cottage:
4* (sleeps 4 – 5). Field Cottage offers very comfortable accommodation in a beautiful orchard setting, with panoramic views of 360° through the Black Mountains, Welsh Hills and to Clee Hill. On the ground floor, there is a cloakroom, a large open plan sitting/dining room with an open fire leading onto a south-facing terrace. Upstairs are 2 bedrooms - 1 double and a twin (with additional zed-bed). They share a bathroom (bath with shower over).

Brook Farm House (Sleeps 8):
Brook Farm House is a four-bedroom traditional farm cottage, new for 2022. The bedrooms are cosy, and three out of the four have their own sink/vanity unit or ensuite. Separate to the bedrooms there are then two bathrooms, one upstairs and one downstairs, the upstairs being a shower over bath, and the downstairs is a walk-in shower with underfloor heating. The kitchen is fully equipped and there is a lounge and snug to unwind in. Outside there is a secure garden.

Washer, dryer, Wi-Fi (not Sheriffs), all-cotton Egyptian sheets, large white cotton towels, microwave, cooker, fridge, freezer, telephone, at least one TV, DVD player, welcome pack provided, gardens, outdoor furniture (summer only), badminton, indoor games, books, DVDs and more.

All of the holiday cottages are only 2 miles from a Michelin* pub - The Stagg, Titley. Ideal base for antique hunting or foodies amongst loads of other activities. Great walking around our farm, or further afield (near Offa's Dyke path and beautiful Welsh Hills). Golf, kayaking, canoeing, go-karting, paintballing, riding, tennis, shooting, etc all available within a 15-mile radius.

Bullen's Bank Cottage and Llangain Farm House & Barn, Hay-on-Wye, Black Mountains, Herefordshire / Powys Border (Sleeps 1-8)


Bullen's Bank Cottage and Llangain Farm House & Barn all sit in an elevated position on the Herefordshire/Wales border near Hay-on-Wye. There are superb panoramic views over the Wye Valley and the accommodation has lots of character and charm. All the properties can be rented together and so large parties of up to 20 guests can be accommodated.

There is plenty to see and do in the area with something for all ages. There are lots of walking opportunities with the Black Mountains and Brecon Beacons National Park nearby. The River Wye provides great kayaking and swimming and there is also pony trekking available close to Hay. Other places of interest include:

The Warren.
Clifford Castle.
Arthur's Stone.
Kington Museum.
