The three-bedroom villas, accommodating up to six guests, are mainly detached and provide spacious living with outdoor seating areas. Each villa features a fully equipped modern kitchen, a family bathroom, and a comfortable living/dining area with a TV and Freesat, all complemented by panoramic sea views. Most layouts include one double bedroom, one large twin, and one smaller twin, although some villas offer alternative configurations such as additional double beds or bunk beds.

There is also a recently renovated two-bedroom villa for up to four guests, ideally located right on the seafront. This property includes side parking, an enclosed rear garden, a modern kitchen, a family bathroom, and a small en-suite shower room. Both bedrooms feature double beds, and the lounge/dining area, complete with TV and Freeview, offers impressive sea views. A sofa bed is also available for additional flexibility.

For couples, two one-bedroom detached villas provide a perfect retreat, each offering generous living space with a kitchen, bathroom, double bedroom, and a comfortable lounge with Freesat TV. Both inside and out, guests can enjoy superb sea views, making these villas ideal for a relaxing getaway.

The apartments are situated in a prime location overlooking Wheelers Bay. Set within a block of six, each modern apartment features its own private balcony to take in the panoramic coastal views. With two apartments per floor, each unit includes two bedrooms (one double and one twin), a bathroom with shower, a kitchen, and a living/dining area. Parking is available directly in front of the building.

Ventnor Holiday Villas & Apartments are set in a peaceful location where guests can enjoy sunrises over the sea and take leisurely walks along the esplanade to nearby pubs and restaurants. All amenities are within easy walking distance, including the beach, paddling pool, play area, and local shops. 3 Bedroom Villas (6 occupants)

The 3 bedroom villas are mainly detached, offering good size accommodation with outdoor seating areas, they have fully equipped modern kitchens, great family bathrooms, living room/dining room with TV with Freesat, panoramic sea view. Most 3 bedrooms incorporate 1 double, one large twin and one small twin bedroom (villa 13 has two double beds and 3rd bedroom bunk beds, villa 1 and 16 have the 2nd bedroom option of twin beds or zipped together), (villa 2 and 7 have 3rd bedroom bunk beds). 2 Bedroom Villa (4 occupants)

We have only one 2 bedroom villa, the most recent renovation with parking to the side and enclosed garden to the rear, it has a fully equipped modern kitchen, great family bathroom plus small ensuite shower room to rear bedroom, lounge/dining room with TV with Freeview and panoramic sea view. The 2 bedrooms incorporate two double rooms with double beds. The lounge also has a sofa bed. This villa is situated right on the seafront.

1 Bedroom Villas (2 occupants)

We have two 1 bedroom detached villas, offering superb sea views from inside and outside the villas. Ideal for a romantic get away for couples. For a 1 bedroom villas, they offer good size accommodation which encompasses a good size kitchen, bathroom, double bedroom and a comfortable lounge with TV with Freesat and of course great Seaview.

The Apartments

Set in a prime position in Ventnor, overlooking Wheelers Bay are the Ventnor Holiday Villa Apartments. They are modern in style and set in a block of six each with their own balconies to take in the panoramic sea view. The Apartments have their own parking to the front. There are two apartments on each floor, each one has two bedrooms (one double and one twin) a bathroom with shower, kitchen, living/dining area.

Location

This is truly a peaceful location, whereby you can wake up with the view of the sun rising above the sea, and enjoy romantic walks along the esplanade to a number of great pubs and restaurants. All amenities are within walking distance, including the beach, paddling pool, play park/green, and shops. Ventnor Holiday Villas provide ideal self catering accommodation for those that are after a family holiday by the sea or need somewhere dog friendly, or for those that have an appreciation for beautiful scenery and wish to enjoy the lovely coastal walks.

Saunton Beach Villas, Saunton, Braunton, Devon (Sleeps 1-8)

Saunton Beach Villas offers an array of beautifully furnished holiday homes just a short drive from Croyde, Woolacombe, Braunton and Barnstaple. Our villas in Devon are perfect for the ultimate coastal getaway and in a great location for exploring the area. In total there are 26 villas, with the largest sleeping 8 people.

Beach Villa – Sleeps 4:

Our wonderful villas are perfect for a relaxing break in a special location. The villas sleep 4 in a king and twin room. The bathrooms have a bath with an overhead shower along with a WC. Cook up a storm in the well-equipped which has a 4-ring hob, a toaster, microwave, fridge freezer, and a full range of kitchen utensils and a Lavazza coffee machine with complimentary coffee pods. After a day on the beach, unwind in the living room in front of the 39’’ flat screen HD TV and Blu-ray player. Outside there is a delightful garden to unwind in when the sun is shining.

We also have deluxe villas which sleep each sleep 4 people. These charming villas are very close to the beach, perfect for beach lovers. They come with similar facilities, plus the largest gardens onsite and fantastic extras such as a washer-dryer and DAB radio/Bluetooth speaker.

Beach Villa – Sleeps 6:

These outstanding apartments sleep 6 people in a king and two twin rooms, great for family or group holidays on the coast. The bathrooms have a bath with an overhead shower along with a separate WC. Rustle up some delicious dishes in the fully-equipped kitchen which has a 4-ring hob, a toaster, microwave, fridge freezer and a full range of kitchen utensils. After a day of sightseeing, unwind in the cosy living room which has a 39’’ flat screen HD TV and Blu-ray player. Outside there is a delightful garden and an outdoor shower.

Beach Villa– Sleeps 8:

Our fabulous villas are the most spacious onsite, great for a large group or family looking for the ideal holiday home. Bedrooms consist of a king and 3 twin rooms. The main bathroom comes with a bath including an overhead shower and WC, whilst an additional WC is also available. Enjoy some home-cooking in the fully-equipped kitchen which has a 4-ring hob, a toaster, microwave, fridge freezer and a full range of kitchen utensils. A delightful living room comes with a 39’’ flat screen HD TV and Blu-ray player. Outside there is a garden and outdoor shower.

We are in a great location for exploring this beautiful part of the country, with Saunton Sands Beach right on our doorstep. The dog-friendly beach allows dogs access all year round and is great for sunbathing on. You can wander along some of the most spectacular coastlines in the country throughout North Devon, whilst the area is also home to lots of great family attractions, including The Big Sheep and Milky Way.
