Accommodation
We have 3 beautifully furnished cottages to choose from, Farmhouse Cottage, Woodpecker Cottage and Nuthatch Cottage. We also have a range of cabins and lodges to choose from. All our properties well-equipped and come with everything you need for an unforgettable holiday.
Farmhouse Cottage
This charming 1-bedroom cottage is great for a romantic getaway and parts of the property date from the 1700s, with much of the original character still maintained. Inside there is a lovely open plan lounge/dining/kitchen area. The living area includes a TV and a wood burner for the chillier months. Enjoy some home-cooking in the well-equipped kitchen which has a dishwasher, fridge, and cooker, all kitchen equipment and utensils.
On the first floor is a large open plan bedroom with a king-size bed and flat-screen TV. A separate large shower room is also available. Outside there is an enclosed private garden with a stream. Unwind in the luxury hot tub and savour the amazing views.
Woodpecker Cottage
Our wonderful 2-bedroom cottage is surrounded by open countryside, great for nature lovers. The downstairs lounge has two double sofas, TV/DVD, CD radio, electric fire and a picture window which takes advantage of the view. Cook up a storm in the well-equipped kitchen/dining area which has an electric oven and hobs, washer/dryer, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and microwave oven.
Two attractive bedrooms are available, a first-floor double with a TV and a ground bedroom with a single bed plus a raised cabin bed, plus a further TV. Both rooms share a bathroom. Outside there is a lovely cottage garden with seating and a gorgeous hot tub to soak muscles in.
Nuthatch Cottage
This superb cottage is perfect for two couples looking for a country escape. A fabulous wooden bridge leads to the glorious fields and woods. Inside a comfy lounge comes with an LCD TV, DVD, CD/radio, wood burning stove and patio doors leading to the private patio area. A well-equipped kitchen/dining area has an electric oven and gas hob, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, microwave and patio doors.
Two fantastic en suite bedrooms are available, a double and twin. Outside there is a private garden, patio and hot tub.
Starling Cabin
Wooden cabin offering luxury self catering accommodation for up to 4 with the option of an extra 2 camping alongside, offering a double bed and bunkbeds. There is a kitchen/dining area, TV with Freeview and outdoor hot tub.
Treehouse Cabin
Based in our old farm orchard, the cabin comes with a double bedroom and a bunkroom. There is a fully-equipped kitchen, 32’’ flat screen TV, a decking area with seating and hot tub to use.
Kestrel Cabin
Our cosy cabin sleeps 4 people in a double bed and set of full-size bunk beds. There’s a wood burner, TV with Freeview, Kitchen area, wooden decking area hot tub and seating.
Robins Lodge
This wooden lodge sleeps 4 people in a double bed and bunk beds. There’s a TV with Freeview, kitchen area, wood burning stove, wooden decking area, private hot tub and a table and chairs.
Skylark Lodge
Skylark is one of our newest lodges, sleeps up to 4 people in a king en suite and twin room. There’s a flatscreen TV in the lounge and each bedroom, a kitchen area and sliding patio doors to a decking/patio area, including seating and a hot tub.
Osprey Lodge
Our luxury lodge boasts amazing views and comes with a large bedroom with king size bed, large open plan living area with lounge/dining area. The kitchen is well-equipped and facilities include a 50’’ flat-screen TV in lounge and 40’’TV in the bedroom. Outside there is a patio with an outdoor dining table and hot tub.
Curlew Lodge

Willow Cabin

Beech Tree
We offer lovely accommodation for up to 4 people in one of our newest lodges. There’s an open plan kitchen and lounge, plus a private decking area and hot tub. The master bedroom has a private WC and the second bedroom has twin beds.
Barn Owl Bothy
Our peaceful self-contained apartment is great for a memorable getaway. Inside there is a double bed plus a raised double bunk style bed, sleeping one or two adults in the double bed and one adult or two children in the raised bunk. There’s an en suite bathroom, basic kitchen, TV, comfy seating and an outdoor raised balcony with a chair and a table.
Oak Tree Lodge
Our traditional holiday home boasts stunning views over the Solway coast. The lodge sleeps 4 people in a master en suite and twin room. There’s an open lounge/dining/kitchen area. Outside there’s decking with a patio table and chairs, plus a hot tub.

Visiting Brocklebank & Exploring Cumbria
We are only a 5-minute drive from Caldbeck village and just 20 minutes from Skiddaw Fell. Lots of gorgeous fells are nearby, including the Cat Bells, great for keen walkers. Derwent and Bassenthwaite are also a small drive away and offer boat hire. Nearby Allonby has a spectacular shoreline and is a great day out for all the family. Further attractions to visit include:
